Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Not the property advertised. Location was completely different to that advertised. Impossible to find. Wasted a whole afternoon. Property was run down, on the ground floor next to a main road. Kitchen was covered with a layer of grease. It had no forks, only a single spoon and a single dirty glass. Shower drain was blocked. Internet didn’t work. Beds were old and uncomfortable.
