"The front desk was very friendly and door men was nice helping us with luggage. The first check in room AC was not very strong so we requested to change the room with no problem and very fast. I love the swimming pool and Japanese hot springs hot tub. We will come back again and recommend my friend to stay here. Everything so clean and comfortable. Love it so much ! I enjoy my stay "

"Convenient location near the red line metro station for Sanduo Shopping District. - Short walk to the Main Public Library, LRT station at the Exhibition Center and Singuang Wharf. - 1 metro stop to Central Park - 2 stops to Formosa Blvd station with the Dome of Light artwork. Friendly and responsive staff (when they're there during limited hours). Huge dining room next to lobby/checkin desk, equipped with microwave, a vending machine, and some free snacks. Room is good sized and well equipped with desk, mini-fridge, and wardrobe space. Bathroom has separate area for shower. Quality of finish-out is good. Only minor issues: - Hotel entrance is not at listed address, so it was confusing upon first check-in. You have to go around the corner to take the elevator up to the 16th floor. - Built-in light switches over the night tables are very far from the bed (seems like they were designed for a much bigger bed before) - Bathroom does not offer hand soap due to the "green mandate" by the government banning one-time use items. However, a separate soap pump at the sink would be nice."
