"We needed last minute help with our large group for our wedding. The space was perfect and Barry and Bernie couldn't have been more caring, considerate, and accommodating. This was a once in a lifetime experience. Im looking forward to booking again."

"We rented this home for a baseball weekend in Manahawkin. It FAR exceeded our expectations! The home itself is lovely with many amenities, upgrades and charming “beach” decor. The best part of the home, in my opinion is out back on the lagoon! Our boys kayaked, paddle board, fished off the dock and made s’mores and hot dogs in the fire pit. We made a quick 20 minute drive to LBI for the day as well which was very convenient to get to. Highly recommend this home for a peaceful relaxing get away!...

"The property was set up very nice for a small group. The neighborhood was peaceful. The property was spacious and had a nice outdoor sitting area to enjoy the grounds around it. I would recommend stopping at the Broken Goblet Brewery just right down the road. Close to restaurants and easy to get to Philli."

"The condo was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we could possibly need and it was close to food and shopping. It was only a 30 minute drive to the Trenton Transit Center to take to New York City! Great AC, very cold."

"We stayed here while in town for a family wedding and were beyond happy with our experience. The house was beautifully redone, well equipped and the perfect location on the water. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Highly recommend. "

"Overall the house and area were nice, although the cleanliness of the house inside definitely needs some attention. The bedding/pillows seemed like they weren't washed(still had other people's hair on the pillows and under the sheets) bathroom sinks and shower still had hair in them. The refrigerator had a strong scent of rotted meat. The outdoor furniture was very dusty/dirty. I believe with a little better cleaning upon guest departures and arrivals this would be a great place. "The lagoon setup is undeniable. You get Kayaks, access to the water, fire pit, grill, 3 beds, AND your dog is invited; it feels almost too good to be true. The house is clean and the AC is very good. The location is prime for day trips. You could easily do Atlantic City and hit up historic Smithville on the way there or back.
