"The staff was great and the service at the restaurant was great. The food wasn’t fabulous so I would just go there to have some drinks. Very clean and my dog loves the courtyard to play fetch. It feels like a home away from home."

"I didn't explore much. I got there late and left before breakfast. But the design of the room made it feel like it had more space. It was open and nice. Tub worked and was clean. Channel guide didn't work so that was slightly annoying. I didn't look at anything else but I was happy with this place. ."

"This is our second time staying at this location and has now been deemed our preferred hotel when we travel to Lubbock to visit our son who attends school at Texas Tech University. The bed was a little firm for my liking but it served its purpose. The TV situation was a little wonky but that’s not the fault of the hotel. My kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast was pretty good (many waffles were made and consumed), the fruit that was available was fresh and delicious as well. The staff was very sweet and accommodating. I was very pleased that they called to verify we were still coming for our reservation because we weren’t arriving until 1am. We had experienced a big headache with another hotel before because they didn’t call and even though I noted that we would be checking in late they gave our room away and charged us still so it was very much appreciated. "
