"My husband and I traveled to Destin to visit family who lives nearby. This property was in close proximity to the airport, beach, and other local attractions but didn't feel "touristy". The golf cart was a very nice touch, and we made use of the tunnel that crosses 98 to access the guest pool, Baytowne Wharf, and the grocery store. "The home is lovely, feels new and was very clean and bright. Comfortable beds and sofas and lots of balconies! The proximity to the neighborhood pool was awesome, and we liked how quiet the pool was. We were often the only ones there so it felt private. Pretty easy walk to the beach too so that was awesome. Don’t bring a wagon though, there are a LOT of stairs down to the beach. The beaches to me were a little crowded…I heard that Miramar was less crowded than Destin but the beaches were...

"Fantastic stay! We had a group ranging from 5 months to 82 and everyone had a blast. The house is even better than pictured-so spacious and well thought out. The house is well stocked with everything you need for a house that size, the beach chairs/toys are a great extra, the beds/chairs/ toys for the kiddos were perfect. Very short and easy walk to the beach! Sherrie was very responsive to questions. We will definitely be back!"

"To have such a great house that needs attention. For the bad stuff that is so easily fixable if paying attention... Living area carpets, pillows and couches were filthy. We pulled blankets off the beds to cover the couches. Lighting, so may bulbs not working or so dim they were unusable. Pool house had a portable AC setting in the room vented out the window with duct tape. Master shower water pressure was so bad and all it took to fix was cleaning the screen filter. Beware of the 4 foot high...

"The house is big spacious and perfect location close to store Walmart and beach. The only upgrade needed is the washer is not working properly. Also the beds. Need to upgrade to better beds. And the pans in the kitchen need to be replaced. Pans are very old. Other than that we had a lot of fun it was great for a big family of 9 This is our 3rd year staying at this location. Thank you "

"The house was clean and had a lot of room for our large family. We enjoyed the beautiful views and the reasonable walk to the beach. If you don’t like walking up or down a lot of steps, you may not like this property as there were a lot. It’s on the second floor and the beach has a significant amount of stairs to access it as well. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint was that the kitchen was not as well supplied with necessities like other houses I have stayed in previously,...
