"Ticked all the boxes for me. It was just a base to sleep, didn't use any of the facilities so can't comment on those. It was clean enough and check in was done in a very friendly manner which was everything I was looking for."

Only criticism is that TV in room has no apps and no radio, very limited channels and didn't appear to be able to stream content from phone orc tablet. Parking very good and loca perfect if you wanted to go into town and very close to train station. "

"We had a 2nts stay including a spa treatment & was absolutely lovely. The room was very clean & the bed was very comfortable, we had a spa treatment each too which was amazing but we did have a minor discrepancy regarding payment which was soon rectified & spa facilities excellent. Overall our stay here was very nice & would definitely stay here again in the future."

"Lovely big rooms, very confortable bed and goid to have use of leisure facilities. Staff friendly and helpful - relicated me to a feound floor room as lift not working which i appreciated. Plenty of parking close to reception. I dudnt eat at the hitel so cannot comnent on food."
