"The property is a short drive to downtown and the neighborhood seemed very safe. Parking was good and the property was very clean. If there is anyone staying in the upper unit the noise is beyond annoying, and it’s very hard to sleep if the upstairs people are talking or walking around. We could hear everything. The management was very good with communication and check-in and out was easy. "

"We had a great time in St Croix Falls. Our stay here was enjoyable. The room was keenly decorated. The bed was comfortable, which was a nice surprise. The one improvement would be in the bathroom. More shelves and hooks would be helpful. There was no place to put your toiletry bag when getting ready to go or ready for bed. The shower head was too powerful for the small shower, it almost blew me right out of the stall. Over all I recommed this for a short getaway. "

"Great location, great space. Great air conditioning.Continue to work on getting the musty smell out of the apartment. Wash the comforter provided for the pullout bed. Clean the coffee maker with vinegar so coffee is made faster. It took 20minutes for a pot of coffee. Provide a washcloth and dish towel to make washing dishes easier. "

Everyone is excited and I get a call from evolve 4 hours before check in that our stay is cancelled… then evolve lets me know there are “other similar properties “ but those properties tend to jack up their prices when you want to book same day. "We had a lovely long weekend away in Marine in St. Croix. The accommodations were clean and quite cozy. The town has everything you might need during a short stay. The area is quiet within easy distance of some wonderful state parks. Great hub to go out and enjoy the fall colors. The one downside is that the town has a loud siren that sounds anytime there is a medical or fire emergency in the area. Not too disruptive from the apartment, but pretty intense when sitting outside at the Brookside...

"Nice house. Older house but nicely remodeled keeping the old town architecture feel with updated amenities. Nice and close to downtown. The town was very busy with an art fest but the river so the street buy the house was very busy so you had be careful pulling out onto the street. One thing to be aware of is that the stairs going up to the bedrooms could be difficult for the elderly or less mobile. Overall an excellent stay at this house."

"My sister and I only stayed for one night and used one of the rooms in the house but it was the perfect place to stay for the concert. The host, Steve, was very helpful and even drove us to and from the concert! Property is situated on a beautiful serene lot, hummingbirds were abundant out on the deck, had coffee and pastries in the am prior to checkout. Great spot!"
