"This beautiful rustic cottage was ideal for our two week stay in mid May with our daughter and her husband. It’s on a hillside, is very private, has a lovely terrace overlooking the tiny village and the ocean. We had the local beach to ourselves and enjoyed several nearby pristine (and empty) beaches as well. There are excellent family-run tavernas within walking distance and many hikes in stunning nearby gorges. Ioanna welcomed us with homemade jam and biscuits and the local raki liqueur and...

"We were family of 5 ranging from 23 yrs up plus friends of theirs and the areas of villa suited us so well. Outside space great round pool and other coveted seated areas. Driving a must really as the local cafes, supermarkets and beaches all down the bumpy gravel track to villa about 5 mins away only but definitely a must. The pin drop for villa also essential especially if arriving in dark! One of our best family holidays in an unpretentious area that’s not full of British tourists!"

"The spacious villa with fabulous views is good for a large group, with air conditioning throughout. However, in one bedroom, the air conditioning unit was leaking and when it was fixed, the unit outside made a loud noise, so we had to change bedroom to avoid waking others! The bathrooms are all in need of renovation - for this price, it's not OK to find broken shower fixtures and toilet seats that come detached. "We were met by the owner on arrival & briefly showed around, we didn’t arrive until 1am so I’m not sure if he was tired but he was not very welcoming. The only welcome pack was 2 bottles of water, there was wine there but he advised this was €12 a bottle. He also advised that the gas to the cooker was turned off, so on a stove there were two rings for 10 people, which would never be enough. It was also not clear on the information that 4 of the beds were so separate with no access to main...

"We were 3 couples on a sampler trip through parts of Europe. This house was a highlight of our trip. We loved the view, the pool, the friendliness and responsiveness of the host, the usefulness of everything in the house. We had a couple of small issues but when we told the host, they were going to get them taken care of. It was hard to leave when our time came. "
