"This is a decent development in a good location. Unfortunately, the development lacks from an attention to detail in a number of areas, including the fixtures and fittings and the layout of the kitchenette. The swimming pool and sauna were overcrowded. There is a general unclarity whether parking, wifi, towels and sheets are included or excluded from the rental, with staff at the front-desk not being able to provide clarity."

Rooms were great and the shower/bath were brill - warm and comfortable. Boot room was great but lacking a bit of seating and was always wet on the floor - the lockers needed hooks. "This property is in a location that has ski bus nearby so it is convenient. I don't know if everyone else realizes that the guest needs to clean up the place themselves and get it ready for the next guest. Thought there would be a final clean by the cleaning lady but clearly not. or you can pay for it. Just a reminder in case you don't know this already. The overall communication and follow up is ok. "

"Even better than advertised. Great location - walking distance to the ski lift and the center of town. Excellent service, including the ability to buy lift passes at the inn rather than stand in line at the lifts. Very comfortable efficiency room with a deck looking at the mountains. Nice spa facility. Pauline at the front desk deserves special mention for being extremely helpful and always available. Would return. "

"Dark and depressing, everything is brown, very little natural light, clean but very tired and very basic. This is not a Hotel, you have to make your own beds, staff unhelpful when we needed to move rooms because of the barking dog next door …. we asked if they could help move the linen and were told by them that that wasn’t there job why should they do it??? Maybe a misunderstanding as i thought we were booking a hotel room this feels more like a hostel ….. "
