"Our stay was wonderful. We were four, 2 adults and 2 children (4 and 10) and we loved the apartment. Eric was a wonderful host and was very accommodating to our schedule of arrival to the apartment. Everything was in great condition (first rental ever with a nonstick pan that is still nonstick!) and many essentials were available such as coffee, oil, paper towels and anything we needed. I cannot recommend enough. Location is very convenient, close to metro and bus. The street is very quiet yet...

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment, while compact, was very cozy and well equipped. Having 2 bathrooms/showers was a nice perk. It was very clean and looked just like the listing pictures. The stairs inside may be tricky for older people, but our kids loved going up and down them. The neighborhood is really nice, with a market right across the street, a short walk to the Abattoirs art gallery and a medium walk (or quick subway ride) to the center of Toulouse. "We were visiting family in Leguevin and the apartment is in a perfect location. The balcony is large and a perfect sun trap for a morning cup of coffee. We would not hesitate to use the apartment again."

"Tolle Fewo, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Ein Highlight: die als Oase dekorierte Dachterasse. Obwohl es ein Mehrfamilienhaus ist, war es sehr ruhig. Einziges Manko: der Schlüssel musste bei einer Adresse abgeholt werden, die zu Fuß mindestens 20 Minuten weg ist - schwierig, wenn man ohne Auto anreist. Dazu sollte man mit dem (sehr netten) Vermieter eine Vereinbarung treffen."

"Je suis arrivée facilement de l'aéroport par les transports en commun (+/- 45 mn). Accès avec boîte à clés et instructions claires de la Conciergerie. Le studio est joliment refait et décoré, dans une rue très calme. Un petit cocon avec le nécessaire de base pour 2 personnes. J'ai apprécié aussi la propreté, les dosettes de café et les mini produits pour la douche.
