Private bathroom and kitchenette inclusive of a TV, fridge/freezer, convection oven, kettle, cutlery and crockery. Includes a split system for both heating and cooling.

There are a total of three private secure studios on the premises. Shared laundry space with both front load washers and a dryer. Ample free street parking.
