Staff was friendly and very accommodating. The rooms are basic but comfortable. The location was perfect for us - on the shuttle route, walkable to town and to harbor. Also very close to My Marathon trailhead.

Mary at the front desk was wonderful. We were very happy with our rooms. The location was great - in between the harbor and downtown. And there was shuttle stop right at the hotel. Great place to stay!

Mary at the front desk is wonderful. The free city shuttle at the train station has a stop at the hotel. We were able to walk to places to eat, etc.

Very pleasant hotel. Although it is walkable to town is was a bit farther than I cared for. I have to say, the bed was not the most comfortable but the room was clean and service was good.

Free city shuttle that p/u from Alaska RR and drops off right across the street from hotel office. Our room was clean, staff was super friendly, area was walkable to restaurants about 15 minutes. Area was safe and quiet. Highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again. No breakfast tho

The location was great. It was central to downtown and to the harbour and nice and quiet. Check in was quick and simple and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and well maintained. Downside for us was we got all the foot traffic going right past our room as well as hearing all the noise from rooms above us. I would recommend asking for a top floor room to avoid this. All in all it was a good place to stay

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I asked for a box to keep some fish in and she ended up just giving me a styrofoam cooler. What customer service. Very nice and quaint place to stay.
