Conveniently located halfway between the Seward small boat harbor and Seward´s historic downtown. Both are within a short walking distance along a coastal trail that is just one block from the front door. The trail is part of the original Iditarod Trail. Very clean and private with 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, wifi, DirectTV/DVD, Washer and Dryer. Adjacent to our other vacation rental unit (VRBO Listing #971600). This is great for someone who is wanting to have a rental for 8 to 10 people, as the two units are side by side. Owned and operated by a 4´th generation Seward, Alaskan.

Great place to stay
We enjoyed our stay at this 2 bedroom cottage. We stayed here the night before our cruise and wished we had more time here. We enjoyed the room to spread out in.The beds and pillows were comfortable and the kitchen stocked with spices, tea and coffee. Would definitely stay here again. Communication was easy and smooth.

Overnight Oasis
After hiking and kayaking in Homer and Seward, it was great to spend the night here. The neighborhood is quiet, the kitchen has everything we needed, the shower was nice and hot and the beds were cozy and comfortable. Just what we needed before the long flight home the next day!

Cozy spot on a rainy weekend
This was the perfect spot to warm up after a chilly boat tour! The location was ideal for walking to the Mermaid festival, dinner at The Flamingo Lounge, and an evening stroll along the coast with sea lion visitors. Everything was as advertised, beds were comfortable and we would definitely book again.

Great location!
Tim was so easy to contact and this was our first VRBO experience so we appreciated that! Loved the quaint little 2 bed/1 Bath home and LOVED having access to do our laundry! Great location within a few steps to a beautiful shoreline trail. Seward is absolutely beautiful and we are so grateful for Tim’s “Sweet Stone Cottage!”

Worked well for two couples, good value compared to hotels in Seward, convenient location for activities out of Seward Marina. We really appreciated the washer and dryer after a long day of fishing in the rain.

Apartment in Seward with great amenities.
Very clean and well appointed cabin. We were able to do laundry after our cruise and prior to traveling independently. Tim has great communication and is an excellent host.

Great place in Seward
We had a very positive experience staying here in Seward for one night. Clean, up kept and convenient place to stay near everything Seward has to offer. The view out of the living room window can’t be beat. Get pizza at Seward Brewing Company - amazing! Also a plus was being able to wash our clothes after our long hike! Highly recommend and you won’t be disappointed.

The property is exactly as shown online. Small and basic, but it has everything you need. You can walk to the water and a decent stroll to town. The kitchen and bathroom had all the necessities (including toiletries). The black out curtains were appreciated.
