"We were coming to the area to help out with some relatives kids. We asked the owners if this would be okay and they quickly replied that it was. The boy wants us to stay here if we ever visit again. Dan and Shannon are some of the friendliest helpful hosts that we’ve met. Shannon’s mother lives on the property and is also lovely. She invited the boy to swing. As noted in the description, the kitchen and shower are outside so exposed to nature and such. Dan even took the time to write some notes...

"I stay at cottages and cabins all over the country. Prefer them to hotels ..travel with my dog. This was absolutely thebest..beautifully decorated, lovely porch, fenced in yard, peaceful location....very comfortable and tastefully done. And any item that you could possibly require or want was provided. I travel with trusty kitchen box..hardly had to open it. Welcome basket with snacks, fruit, sweets. Hosts were amazing. I could not more highly recommend this cottage"

"This property is wonderful, clean, and spacious! Me, my adult daughter and granddaughter stayed at this property and it was perfect. Very well stocked with everything you might need! The entire process from booking it online to gaining access at arrival was perfectly easy! Owner also has a beautiful golf cart that was a lot of fun and made getting to/from beach well worth the cost. I visited Nettles Island to celebrate my nephews 40th birthday, we had 4 different families staying on the island...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Nettles Island. Were allocated a different house from the booking due to repair work but this one turned out to be also very nice. Nettles Island is a treat with pools locally and a designated beach, and lots of other activities like pickle ball, tennis, mini-golf, billiard. Great place for kids. Exchange with owner was very good and friendly. Anytime again!"
