"This was our 8th time here and as always was fantastic. Did not clean our glasses though and when I asked for more - they never came. It is a brilliant hotel though. Just an aside - don’t leave anything near desk. Left a $200 gift next to desk and housekeeping thought it was rubbish and took it away. I did get it back though only 1/2 an hour before the trash was taken away! "

"I liked the old world charm and quality fittings (marble very wide spa bath with gold taps) however some things looked worn. Breakfast was great and it was included in our tariff. Restaurant is not open everyday however that didn't matter to us."
