New and high level building in front of Sevilla historic wall, first floor (total 3), nice patio in front of the floor, lot of light. A room with double bed, sofa bed in the living room, tv, wifi. private parking in the same building optional (14 € per night, 70 € by week). Bus stop for the cathedral and its surroundings within 150 meters, by av Ronda de Capuchinos or Torneo. The church of the Macarena and the Parliament of Andalusia about 400 meters. Good supermarket in the same street, 30 meters. Alameda de Hercules 1km, Palacio de las Dueñas 1.1km (by San Luis street), Plaza del Alfalfa 1.5 km (by Sol street), Cathedral 2.1km

Schönes und ruhiges Appartement in Cruz Roja-Capuchinos
Das gut ausgestattete Appartement liegt im Macarena-Viertel in der Nähe des Altstadt-Ringes in einer gepflegten Wohnanlage. Die Fenster liegen zu größeren, ruhigen Innenhöfen. Haltestellen der Buslinien C3 und C4 sind nur wenige Meter entfernt, ebenso Supermärkte und Restaurants. Die ursprünglicheren, nördlichen Viertel der Altstadt sind zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Für den Weg zur Kathedrale und zum Alcazar benötigt man etwas länger, hat aber immer einen interessanten Weg durch die Altstadt ;-). Didier ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, der uns mit vielen Tipps versorgte. Wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt.
