Staying in Triana to visit Sevilla is an excellent choice. You will be in the center in 10 minutes, a pleasant walk across the Triana Bridge or Puente de los Remedios. The house is comfortable and welcoming, ideal for couples, families with children or groups of friends.

The venue which hosts the famous "Feria de Abril" a five minute walk. Opposite the house is a small playground and a 3 minute walk "The Parc des Princes" and 10 minutes "El Parque de Maria Luisa".

A metro station 150 meters from the house.

Le quartier Triana est à 10mn à pied du quartier historique, très bon emplacement. L'appartement est petit mais confortable sauf la salle de bain minuscule. Pas de service, 1 serviette de toilette pour 4 nuits ! Nous en avons demandé en supplément mais les propriétaires habitant loin ne nous ont pas dépanné. Habitués à louer à l'étranger où nous avons toujours des fruits, 1 bouteille d'eau à l'arrivée, là rien... même pas sel, poivre et autre produits de base. 2 rouleaux de papier WC pour 5. Attention également au parking, très compliqué de trouver une place.

Nous avons apprécié sa situation ( à 10 mn à pied du centre ville, avec l'arrêt du bus ligne 40) pour visiter Séville. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans l'appartement pour séjourner.

Emplacement idéal
Très bel appartement situé à Triana, à 10 minutes à pieds du centre historique de Séville. De nombreux commerces et bars à tapas authentiques sont situés à proximité. L'appartement est confortable et très bien équipé. La literie est de qualité, des couvertures sont disponibles si besoin et les serviettes sont fournies. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec tout le nécessaire pour des séjours de courtes ou longues durée. Située dans une rue calme avec places de stationnement disponible. Idéal pour visiter Séville à l'écart de l'effervessance touristique.
