The location was great, everything is walkable and 10 minutes away from the train station. Nice kitchen and washer added to convience stay.

The location is great and property was specious. However, the bedding was missing. We had covers for 3 people and had 4. There were no extra bed sheets, pillows or covers. The property was not cleaned well and the only bathroom sink was clogged. We opened the pullout couch to check if there is an extra bedding and it was covered in food crumbs. This property needs a good cleanup.

The apartments are excellent, however on the night we arrived the code they give did not let us into the apartment .we were lucky that we had another couple with us and their code worked . I definitely would not go back to a place that has no reception. The contact no was not helpful.

酒店告诉我们需要步行750米拖着行李到酒店，石头路不平非常吃力，到了才发现其实是可以开车到门口的。我不小心弄坏了法压壶，主动信息沟通之后被收了30欧元作为赔偿，超市卖的最普通的那种，感觉被扣得太多了。

Grosses difficultés jusqu'à l'entrée dans l'appartement. Comme nous arrivions après 19 heures, la somme dûe ne pouvait être "perçue sur place", ce qui nous a causé toute une suite de problèmes. 1: règlement en ligne* au milieu de la nuit avant le départ afin de : 2, obtenir le lien d'enregistrement , procéder à l'enregistrement, et 3 : recevoir enfin les instructions concernant l'entrée dans les lieux. (* le lien pour payer était désactivé ! et il a fallu que je lance un appel à l'aide. Hotel. com a réactivé le lien et, à partir de là, la situation s'est débloquée, mais il était environ 1:00 du matin ) À l'arrivée, à Smartr Sevilla : nouvelle difficulté devant les portes des appartements. Aucune ne portait l'inscription "c_n" comme indiqué dans les informations reçues. Nous avons donc essayé toutes les poignées à code du rez-de-chaussée. Miracle : l'une d'elles a fonctionné . L'appartement : très propre, en très bon état, très commode, lit parfait. En revanche, il est sombre. Le bruit de la rue nous a empêchés de dormir, mais il est possible que nous n' ayons pas remarqué un double-vitrage coulissant ...
