HIGH QUALITY AND GREAT LOCATION- Luxurious spacious and bright apartment with touches of color and elegant design, it is a perfect property to enjoy a quiet stay in the center of Seville without renouncing the proximity to points of tourist interest - and a must - like the Metropol Parasol, La Catedral, Giralda or Los real Alcázares. .

It is the ideal location to enjoy the Holy Week, since all the brotherhoods pass a few meters from the accommodation, being therefore optimal to see them and be able to rest whenever you want. Surrounded by several important churches, this being the place of departure of many of the important brotherhoods of this Religious Festival.

The April Fair in Seville is easily accessible by direct bus or taxi, which stops only a few meters away.

The Museum of Fine Arts, second most important gallery in Spain, is located just 3 minutes walk.

Likewise, a few meters away, there are innumerable Sevillan Palace Houses and churches of the highest cultural value.

The environment is a show of COLOR AND LIFE: there are many restaurants, tapas bars, where you can taste our wonderful cuisine. gardens, shops, banks, supermarkets and fruit shops, and places with live flamenco shows.

The building is an old Sevillian palace house of the eighteenth century, completely restored in 2017, but keeping all its architectural splendor, is characterized by its mixture of old and modern, many of the details of this are original (tiles, irons , wooden windows, vaults.) has a fountain in its main courtyard where its wonderful relaxing sound immerses you in the warmth and peace that you feel in this place.
Located in a large stately neighborhood in the heart of the historic center of Seville on a street almost pedestrian, where very few vehicles transit.
It has an area of ​​95 m2, high ceilings on the first floor with an elevator, it is exterior and its large balconies overlook the private courtyard of the building, which guarantees that your holidays will be comfortable.

There are several PARKINGS IN THE AREA. The closest is the parking Image located on Calle Santa Angela de la Cruz, number 2. However, the use of the car is unnecessary, since all the main sites of tourist interest are around, or a few minutes walk. Therefore, if you come by car, leave it in the parking lot upon arrival and forget about it until the departure. Enjoy the luxury of exploring the center of this beautiful city on foot.

Amazing property! Beautiful, atmospheric, creative, spacious! Everything was perfect! (Only issue i had was as an older person figuring out how to get in to hoise using umfamiliar technology. But the owner patiently walked me thru it). This house is the best VRBO i have ever found (in my price range of course)

Fabulous

The apartment is fabulous with a pretty courtyard entrance providing shade from the sun. We loved the quirky decor and it was immaculately clean and well provided with utensils. 20 minute walk to the cathedral, close to bars and restaurants but quite and restful. Would definitely recommend.

We have stayed in many apartments in 25 years of independent traveling. We are a senior couple, who love traveling. We want to say this apartment really thought of all the extra things you need to live. the young lady's who manage these apartments are lovely. They help you with any and eve very thing you need. They get back to you quickly. We thank Inmaculada for making our 4 days extra special.

Not good if you’re touring with own car

Location great. Smaller than expected. Odd bedding, too big for the beds and no way of tucking under very thin mattresses. Directions utterly confusing. We were given 2 different addresses and a variety of car parks. The recommendation cost £100 for 3 nights. Difficult to unload/load in v narrow street. Watch out for your alloys.

Beautifully appointed comfortable apartment

The apartment is as beautiful as it looks in the photos with a quirky bohemian style. The kitchen is very well equipped & the whole apartment is very comfortable & pleasant to stay in. The checkin is very well organised & welcoming - whilst Juan doesn’t speak much English & we speak hardly any Spanish we understood what we needed to know for our stay. What was a disappointment for our stay were noisy repairs being conducted upstairs (mid-December 2018 so should be temporary only), that resulted in losing power for several hours. Due to our very limited Spanish resolving this issue was complicated there were a number of communication issues. Without the noisy construction work & loss of power it would have been a perfect stay.

A quiet & relaxing apartment

The apartment is walking distance to many restaurants, supermarkets & attractions. There is an elevator which is great for those heavy suitcases. The kitchen is well equipped with a hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer & tea/coffee making facilities. The bed is comfortable too. We recommend this apartment.

Ideal for an independent stay in Seville

We loved our stay here - we prefer apartments to hotels, and this was in a perfect place - quieter than the Santa Cruz area but great for access to most of Seville’s sights - eg a 10 minute walk to the cathedral, 30 minutes to Plaza de Espana, 15 minutes to the bus station. Gerardo sent easy-to-follow instructions, and the apartment itself was very spacious for just the 2 of us. Would definitely recommend this.

Mixed experience

Communication by the property manager was unreliable and not timely. // The main electric circuit breaker kept popping out - at least ten times during our stay. It happened several times by using a hairdryer or an electric heater in one of the bathrooms (the one without a window) - even when we didn’t turn them on simultaneously. That bathroom is unheated, smelly and very cold. The breaker even popped when we used nothing in that bathroom, but had the toaster and one electric plate on simultaneously. This should have been fixed, and at least guests should be informed about this. We had to find out ourselves how to reset the breaker. // The window in one of the bedrooms jammed and couldn’t be opened - even the repairman who was sent couldn’t fix it. // One of two ceiling lights in the kitchen didn’t work (no bulb). // The holder of one toilet brush is very rusty. // In the courtyard, a palm tree was cut and all the leaves and trunk were left there for a week. // The mattress of one bed was creaking loudly. // The chairs and sofa in the living are worn out and need a thorough cleaning. // The apartment is spacious, the kitchen is adequately equipped and the location of the apartment is very good.

Great spot in a great location

The listing was exactly as advertised. It was easy to find and about a 15 minute walk from the bus station, so not bad for walking. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores in the area and it was very close to all the main attractions. Would stay again.

Delightfully Quiet Apartment

Just a short distance to several active areas, this location remains quietly accessible. The meet and greet went seamlessly, the quick response time from management was exceptional, and the apartment is attractive and comfortable - with very nice and large bathrooms. The kitchen is functional (some lightbulbs will likely be replaced right away) and includes a washer with a really nice dryer rack in bath #2. Scan the code on the bottom of the wifi router for a very good internet signal. The TV is not a "smart TV", so use your laptop for Netflix, etc.

Amazing Apartment in Central Seville

We couldn’t be happier with this property. Plenty of space, working AC, two bedrooms, two bathrooms plus great views overlooking the courtyard. We will be sure to return to this place the next time we’re in Seville!

Appartement original, atypique, avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain. Bien situer au calme, pas trop loin du centre et à 20 min du parking Magdalena ApK2 ( on peut le réserver à l'avance). Petit balcon sur belle cour intérieure. Très propre et bien équipé. Dommage que les tentures ne sont pas du tout occultentes...trop de lumière le matin... Bon resto, La Jaula de Papel sur petite place tout près ( réserver le wkend)

A lovely and quiet location in old Sevilla

It was all good. Checkin was quick and easy. The apartment was lovely and everything worked as it should. It is well situated with tours and restaurants all within easy walking distance. The streets in the area are very narrow and if you unload your rental car at the apartment before returning it, you should expect people will be annoyed that you have blocked the street. We had a lovely time and would not hesitate to return.

Awesome Location

This place is in the most amazing location in Seville. So close to everything, especially during holy week. The apartment was exactly as advertised and provided a great basecamp for our daily excursions in to town. Communication was prompt and clear. I would definitely stay here again!
