Very quaint and decorated nicely. Entrance opens right to street so its a little scary getting in and out. Convenient to shopping and dining. Breakfast buffet sufficient. Service and personnel very helpful and accommodating. Wouldn't recommend the suggested cruise..waste of time and money. Overall, not a bad stay at all.

It's a great place. There are many marvelous cafes and bars nearby for breakfast, lunch, dinner. Very convenient for walking to all the cathedrals, museums, etc. Staff multilingual; computer for doing your boarding pass etc.

The hotel is in a convenient location and decorated well. But it is infested with bugs. There were bugs crawling on bed sheets and on bathroom shelves. We got a lot of bug bites during our stay there. It was disgusting. A terrible experience.

Great artistic hotel with exceptional service!
The hotel was really artistic from inside. The staff was courteous and warm. The room had all the amenities and comfortable. There was breakfast available at 10 euros per person and free coffee/tea throughout the day.

Charming and beautiful hotel. Well located, spotless clean, (lobby smelled so good), comfortable bed, nice bathroom, spacious room, breakfast was convenient and OK. We were two parties and one of us was able to do an early check in, we got our bags in their room so that was also a plus. I would come back and recommend this hotel.

Charming hotel in the heart of Seville old town
Excellent hotel in the heart of old town.Service throughout was faultless, from check in to free tea and coffee in the lobby area during the day to arranging our taxi to the airport.Older hotel so don't expect all mod cons but more than makes up for it with it's charming lobby and architectural details.

It is a cute little hotel in a typical historical Andalusian building. It has a beautiful patio inside. Our room was charming and clean. The airconditioning worked great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It has a very convenient location, we could walk everywhere.

Lovely staff. Beautiful old building in great location. Easy to walk anywhere . First room was dark and we were moved without a problem. Happy to stay again. Surrounded by very reasonable cafes/bars from breakfast till late.

Small but cozy room. This hotel was in a central, walkable location to many of Seville's squares with bars and restaurants. It was just around the corner from the main city hall square. One caution: the door of the hotel is right on the very narrow street, so you have to be very careful stepping out in case of a passing car.

Beautiful boutique hotel with friendly staff
This place was really unique and beautiful. We stayed on first floor and the staff was really nice to give us early check in. The room was not ideal because it was beside the female common toilet and there were many drain flies in our toilet. Otherwise room is very spacious and very artistic. There's everything you need and even Netflix on tv.

We enjoyed our stay here. The property is in a fantastic location perfect for walking around the center of the city. Note it is not car-friendly (Uber dropped us off about 10 steps away, easy). But this will be the case for most hotels located in the city center. The lobby & dining areas are beautiful, like a museum. The staff were warm. The beds were clean and extremely comfortable. Both of us agreed that we had amazing sleep, despite the occasional street noise (I’d say it’s an ordinary level of sound for any large city). The only negative for us was the bathroom, while very clean, did have a noticeable smell of mildew. This is probably because there is no bathroom window to help reduce the moisture. Regardless, we were able to overlook this issue because the beds were so comfortable (and everything was generally very clean).

The good and the bad.
Very Charming old hotel. Very good location for walking. Very noisy! The interior courtyard echos. Any conversation, door closing, footsteps is magnified. Walls and doors in room, paper thin. I could hear my neighbor plugging something in to an outlet. You can hear every conversation. People were loud entering and exiting there rooms at all hours. Staff was very helpful and efficient.

The location of the property was great. Staff was friendly and available to answer questions. We were in room 6 basically on the main floor and it was incredibly noisy. There was an office next to our room and the staff were in there very early in the morning banging things around and then slamming the door shut. There was also a strange smell in the room. I believe it may have been the cleaners that were used in the bathroom but it was very unpleasant. As a result of the smell we needed to keep the window open and the street noise was loud until after midnight and starting again at 7am. We could also hear people talking, toilets flushing and tv’s from other rooms. Walls are very thin. However, we were able to walk everywhere from this location, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast offered was okay. I have a feeling if we had been in a different room on a higher floor we may have enjoyed it more. Luckily we were out enjoying the city most of the time and didn’t spend much time in the room.
