Great location

The property is exactly as advertised. Fabulous location within walking distance to the must see sites. Very comfortable beds, nuce kitchen. The room.could have been cleaner but for the location and price I was okay with spending a little time cleaning.

Perfect location!!

This apartment is centrally located within walking distance to everything that you want to see. The air conditioners in each bedroom which was a big plus! There’s a plaza across the street with the best tapas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great apartment overall. Only a couple of negatives: stairs were a bit scary with no handrail and in the bedrooms you could hear the people walking in what sounded like high heels! Other than that it was great!

Nice, but old, apartment

The apartment is nicely located and I had a good experience communicating with the property manager. However, the property is old and we could not run too many appliances at the same time otherwise it would cause a short circuit. Additionally, the hot water capacity is limited so with the four of us, we all had to take very quick showers to conserve the hot water.

Perfect Location in Seville

Alfalfa is a lovely neighborhood with many plazas and stores/restaurants, yet the apartment is on a side street that is fairly quiet. And it is surprisingly close to all the important attractions: 10 -15 minute walk to everything. We are two retired couples and would stay here again. Listing is accurate.

Good place to sleep, not much else

This was on a quiet side street so not much road noise. The basement apartment lacked natural light so it felt claustrophobic. The lighting inside is very corporate and intense….. nothing cozy about this place. The lower bathroom had a very small leaky shower that caused big puddles and was a slipping hazard.

Superb stay in central Sevilla

Beautiful apartment, location absolutely incredible, so central and close to the heart of Seville. Everything that we needed was in the apartment, communication and key collection all very straightforward.

Setas, Alfalfa and great AC

This is the neighborhood we love in Seville. The restaurants and shops in the Plaza Alfalfa are just around the corner and the Setas are a short walk. It is easy to walk to the historic area. The living space in the apartment was perfect for our family of four and the bedrooms are comfy and cool with AC that worked even when the temperatures topped 100F.

Ideal Location for Exploring Sevilla

The apartment was as described. Large, modern, clean. It is partially below ground but very well lit. The location is fabulous, walking distance to everything. The host was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Would highly recommend.

Great place to stay in Sevilla

The property was clean, great location, as advertised. Juan and his wife were very helpful. The light went off during our stay and Juan was very responsive and able to help us switch it back on within 5 mins. The rooms has AC that kept the rooms very cold during the hot August month. We were able to walk everywhere from the property. We had a very pleasant stay and would re-book with them in the future.
