The hotel is a great option for those who prefer to stay away from the city center or are traveling by car. The friendliness of the staff was the highlight of my stay, especially in the cafeteria during breakfast (very attentive and impeccable service).

The room was clean with very comfortable beds , the staff very friendly and kind (specially the lady who took care of our room) .The breakfast was very good and the 24 hours front desk service was very convenient for us. Also, there is a bus stop very close to the hotel.

Horrible stay.
Two major problems: thermostat set at 25 degrees which is too hot to sleep at. I called reception without any resolution so I was forced to sleep with windows open and kept awake by traffic noise. Also the shower had two different temperatures only ice cold and scolding hot. Nothing in between and it changes temperatures mid shower.

Acceptable but no more.
The A/C in my room wasn't working, instead of changing rooms, I was told all hotel rooms are the same and was given a fan! Room was finally changed at 1 AM, new room had working A/C. I was literally told I had 3 minutes to get breakfast, even though I was paying full price. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast choice was satisfactory.

First room had septic odor. Asked for new room, smelled of cigarettes, and bizarrely had a concrete pillar coming straight up floor to ceiling directly in front of the bed.

Dreadful property. Broken patio door, making it very unsafe in the room. They wouldn’t change the room. Room very hot and A/C broken. Toilet flush handle broken. Door stop broken with a sharp screw in the floor that could cut foot.

J’ai séjourner dans ce bel hôtel une seule nuit, la chambre est petite mais propre et très confortable. Le personnel a été très chaleureux et sympathique. Le seul bémol pour moi c’est l’isolation de la chambre on entend tout ce qui se passe à l’extérieur
