Clean, spacious room and great, quiet location! Only 10-15 min walk to key sites. Lots of restaurants and bars in easy walk. Clean, shared kitchen with coffee maker, teapot, microwave and fridge. (Just ask about getting coffee pods every day). Pleasant sitting area in the lobby. Staff were not always at reception but phone was available to call sister hotel 5 minutes away 24 hours a day for questions or assistance. Great laundry place 5 min away if you need it. In all, we had a very pleasant stay. We would definitely recommend it.

Excellent location, right in the heart of Seville and large, spacious rooms. The receptionists were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable of Seville. The only downside was the Aircon was very weak, a fridge in the room would have also been ideal.

We enjoyed our stay at La Pila del Pato. We were suprised at how spacious the room was. It was a comfortable stay and the staff were responsive thru whatsapp. The reception is only open at certain times but it was not really an issue because we can communicate with them anytime.

Well organised. Beautiful, old style Seville building with internal patio and high ceilings. Lovely room. Quiet and easy access to cathedral etc. As there was no full time reception instructions were given for initial access to hotel. This was well organised. The receptionist, when there, was great and very helpful.

Absolutely lovely room in a great location witj lots of backstreet bars full of local people and a few tourists. Great communication from the staff, you use codes to enter initially and then pick up a card in your room to use from then on. Massive bed, wooden shutters, stone walls in our room with a modern shower and bathroom. No double glazing so if you are a light sleeper might not be for you. There is a roof terrace, however this is currently closed due to (covid restrictions I believe). Super value for money and would go back here again.

I must have been given the worst room in the hotel. The bathroom door could not be closed without big effort, the shower flooded the bathroom and the smell to humidity was noticeable upon arrival. Finally, the entrance gate makes noise all night long.

I never actually encountered any staff for the two nights I stayed, so it almost felt like I was coming & going from my own hidden apartment. The people I communicated with via email for door codes were super responsive. My first visit to Seville, and at first I thought it odd that my room had no windows, but then learning about Seville's narrow alleys and tight, gorgeous architecture, it was fine. The room cooled down quickly when I'd return drenched in sweat from running around. Relief! It was pin drop quiet. For a budget-range property, it delivered. The location is central, although I got lost every time I went out. That is user error coupled with ancient urban planning, for sure, but just once I wished I had a sense of where I was going & how to find the hotel again. Google maps was my lifeline (although still got very confused). My only small gripe with the property itself is that the shower door only went halfway, and it was difficult to shower without soaking the bathroom. I want to return to Seville again to spend more time exploring and conquer those twisty alleyways. Would definitely stay at Casa Boutique Pilo del Pato again ...if I can find it. :) Carol Stockmeyer Denver, Colorado USA
