The apartment is in a newly converted house in the centre of Seville. It is entirely refurbished with all new appliances, on the 3rd floor with a secure lift. It has 2 magnificent, private terraces, 1 with shade and chairs and a table, the other with sun loungers. It has one bedroom with twin beds, and a sofa bed which sleeps 2. The kitchen is newly installed with hob, microwave oven and cooker, washing machine, dishwasher and fully equipped. The bathroom has a large modern shower. The bedroom is at the back of the house and very quiet. The apartment is double glazed with air conditioning and central heating.

The apartment was quite nice and the location was great. Unfortunately, the host does not keep the property in good condition. Not clean, laundry machine broken, patio chairs broken.

Very poor, not recommended, inappropriate
Unsafe electrics in property; lift did not work and was dangerous to get caught in do not use! Electrics tripped out fully on numerous occasions from faulty kettle/ and air con units ?? Left in total dark several times. No bowls, and utensils inappropriate. Sofa NOT a sofa bed would not sleep four. Terrace furniture very worn and dirty. Shower not clean.

great property.
This is a great property in a brilliant location very near the centre of Seville. It is very clean and the balconies are fabulous. The property is in need of small improvements that could easily be made. The balcony handle is hanging by a thread (as is one of the towel rails) There could be more variety of plates. The property appeared to be off line (could not get the T V to work)

Great location with easy access to sights and great restaurants. Our host was very welcoming and accommodating. Washer and dryer was great after days of traveling. Some of the furnishings could use updating but the location, amenities, and price can't be beat.

Enjoyable stay
Very good location and nice property. Compact but fine for 2 people. The bedroom is quiet and the beds comfy , so good sleep quality. The shower is good. My daughter stayed for 2 nights. The sofa bed needs replaced. It is very lacking in padding as a sofa, and the vinyl is flaking off and sticks to your clothes. The large terrace is lovely, though both sun loungers are ripped and need replaced. The ‘ digibox’ did not work , so no TV. Though we did not bother trying to alter input to TV etc , as not in Seville to watch telly. All in all this was a lovely flat for our purposes in Seville, and I would book again ,

We were happy to stay at this spot in such a great location. The deck was nice and the beds were comfortable. It could be improved by upgrading the furniture in the living room and the deck. It was disappointing that the cable tv did not work. The communication was great and the owner quite lovely. Thanks!

This is something of a mixed review. The good…location, good communication, nice kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with comfy beds and storage, lift, top floor terrace, good Wi-Fi. The bad, possibly the most uncomfortable old tatty sofa we’ve had in a b&b, chairs not much better. Not tatty, just uncomfortable . Just not possible to enjoy staying in for the evening. Lovely terrace but awful old sun damaged furniture and planters with dead plants. Sun loungers completely unusable. Could be lovely but just not. Kitchen was well equipped but bizarrely no waste bin or bowls for cereal/ soup etc Good shower but the doors don’t close properly. All in all a 3 out of 5 but with a little more care could be a 5. Fantastic location all sights in easy reach. The host was helpful.

Great location, walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. The apartment is very quiet, no noise from the adjacent or lower units. Awesome terrace. Furniture inside and out is in dire need of replacement. Terribly uncomfortable couch. Dull cutting knives make dinner preparations very difficult.

The location was great. A great market just down the street, a taxi stand nearby, easy walking to places we were interested in. Nice elevator that opens into the apartment. The furniture was very worn as were the patio lounge chairs. The apartment wasn’t ready when we arrived but we were able to get in to leave our things. The proprietor was very nice and apologized for not having the apartment ready.

Wonderful home base for Seville
This apartment is ideally situated in the historic district of Seville. There are lots of outstanding restaurants nearby. And, there is a full supermarket just a block away. The apartment is very clean and the owner is friendly and accessible. The only reason I did not give the overall listing 5 stars is that some of the furniture needs to be updated to be more comfortable. It also would be helpful to have more instructions in English for using the cooktop and the washing machine. I had to find the manuals online. But, overall, this is an outstanding home base for visiting Seville.

Great place, amazing location, one thing though…
There were no garbage cans anywhere. Seriously, there was a 30cm tall can in the bathroom, but apart from that we had no place to put our bottles, and no indication as to where to throw them away, so we had no choice but to leave them. Please add a garbage can and it would be perfect.

Diane was very pleasant to communicate with and she allowed us to leave our luggage at her apt. until 6pm, even though check-out was at 11:30am. The apt. was immaculate and comfortable for two adults.

Spotless, modern, well equipped apartment with large outside deck. The apartment is rather on the small size, but no problem for a couple, and could benefit with more shelving for placing small personal items.

We enjoyed staying in this flat so much ,we returned- and hope to stay there again.The location is great for sight-seeing ,shopping and eating out , most of Seville’s central area being within easy walking distance. The beds are comfortable and the bedroom is quiet being at the far end of the flat from the street. The shower is great and there was always plenty of hot water. We’ve used both the heating and the air-con and both worked well, as did the washing machine. Didn’t do any cooking but there was plenty of equipment provided.The lift is such a bonus, 3 flights of stairs would be too much for my husband , who has MS , or anyone after enjoying all Seville has to offer.
