I contacted the owner about both issues, was responded with rudeness and a lack of empathy. The host told me the AC wasn’t that loud, although a video was send of the noise. Fortunately there is a washer/dryer because I had to wash dirty sheets. The owner refused to respond back to me or VRBO about rectifying the situation, especially with a resolution that made my family feel safe and comfortable. Based on previous reviews, I felt confident that the owner would be very helpful. However, this was not the case. VRBO is now taking over the issue, as the owner is refusing to take responsibility.
