Welcome to Valley View, a Pigeon Forge vacation rental cabin less than 10 minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. This two bedroom, two bathroom property is nestled in the valley (hence the name), situated on over two usable acres of land and boasting incredible “valley views.” It’s a home steeped in rich Tennessee musical history as well; Dolly Parton and Billy Ray Cyrus recorded a duet that was written in this home’s living room! Guests will also find fascinating country music and Dollywood memorabilia throughout the cabin. This property is dog-friendly, and can accommodate up to two dogs (weight limit of 30lbs).

Upon entering the home’s entry hallway, guests will find a laundry room to the right, available for guest use. Ahead, just beyond the stairs, is the main level bedroom, which is home to both a twin and a queen sized bed, along with a TV with an Amazon Firestick for streaming (this property does not have cable TV). This bedroom is served by a separate hall bathroom, which offers a shower/tub combo.

To the left, guests will locate the light and airy open-concept living area, entering first into the kitchen space which is outfitted with open upper shelving and full lower cabinets. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at home; just bring groceries! It boasts a brand new smart stove/oven combo and all major appliances, along with Coffee-Mate-style coffee pot (bring filters). The dining area is just beyond, and it easily accommodates five to six people comfortably.

The living room area is home to a fold-out sofa (queen-sized), two comfy chairs, a large TV with an Amazon Firestick for streaming, and a non-functioning fireplace outfitted with ambient lighting to add an warm glow to the room. There are also books and games available for guest use, ensuring there’s always something entertaining at your fingertips.

Outside, the main level deck is accessed via sliding glass doors. It features a seating area with four adirondack chairs, along with a small table with two chairs. The deck overlooks a 50’x50’ tiered garden, adding to the charm of the property.

Upstairs in the loft, guests will find a primary king suite, outfitted with its own refrigerator, microwave, full-size futon, and TV (w/an Amazon Firestick for streaming). It has heavy curtains that close the space off for privacy, and even has its own coffee maker. The ensuite bathroom has a soaking garden tub and a separate shower. Outside, this suite offers its own private covered deck space with chairs and a small table.

Guests can enjoy the pasture-like yard, which even has a fire pit surrounded by four adirondack chairs, peacefully located next to a babbling creek. In warmer months, children enjoy playing in the creek and spending their time roaming the home’s beautiful property. Wildlife sightings are also common, with deer and wild turkeys routinely stopping by. Valley View is easily accessible via a paved driveway, and it provides ample parking for up to six vehicles.
