Disappointed
After talking with agent early in the week before our arrival and requesting a 2nd or 3rd floor unit none was available upon check in and notes were in the system. Checked into a 1st floor unit: kitchen appliances were dated, carpet needed cleaning, after walking on it for less than 30 minutes bottom of feet were black. After a rain storm on Monday water leaked inside from the sliding glass deck doors and soaked the carpet. We made the management aware of the problem and maintenance say all they could do was was bring in a fan and it would be very loud. Bathroom toilets and sinks were at a height the my 6 and 8 year old grandkids could reach. Will not book again at this resort.
