Mountain to Sand Adventures presents Foothills Run! Foothills Run is a charming cabin in Wears Valley, TN nestled in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains offering breathtaking views. This location is close to all the action in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg yet far enough away to still enjoy a peaceful mountain experience.

~ 5 minutes to the entrance of the Foothills Parkway
~10 minutes to Great Smoky Mountains National Park - Metcalf Bottoms entrance
~20 minutes to Pigeon Forge
~25-30 minutes to Dollywood
~35-40 minutes to Gatlinburg

Please note:
1. Fresh linens and towels provided as well as a starter pack of k-cups, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, dishwasher pods and laundry pods. Hair dryer included in each bathroom.
2. Cabin has central heating and air conditioning.
3. Outdoor surveillance on this cabin has four cameras all around the main deck and garage area.
4. Use of garage and owners closet not permitted
5. $300 security deposit hold (refundable assuming no damages) and signature on the rental agreement are required for booking. The terms in the rental agreement are not negotiable so please inquire if you'd like to read it before booking. Check in details, including the cabin access code, will not be provided until this step is complete.
6. A late check out fee of $100 per every 30 minutes past 10:00am EST will be assessed to guests who do not check out on time. Standard check out time is 10:00am EST.
7. Host promptly responds daily between 9am and 9pm. Messages outside these hours may experience a longer response time.

Great Mountain Getaway

We had a blast staying at the cabin!! Plenty of room and great location. We enjoyed the hot tun and the pool table brough everyone together as a family. Great host and great location. Definitely will book again!

Smoky Mountains Vacation

Property was very nice and in a good location away from all the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge, but close enough to everything. Beautiful views of the mountains.

Great Cabin

This is a great cabin with a great view! Check-in and out was a breeze. The cabin was clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again! We saw a mamma bear and her 3 cubs one morning on the property.

Beautiful cabin with a beautiful view

Lovely cabin with gorgeous view! Very spacious for our group of nine. Had a couple sightings of bears (one having three cubs with her) walking right past the cabin. We hope to come back again next year. Would definitely recommend this place!

Fall family retreat

This home is beautiful and very well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked and the little things like hand soap, laundry pods, dishwasher tabs/dish soap, and paper products were all stocked (though you may need more for a longer stay).

Fabulous cabin with amazing view. Had a blast watching a bear family walking around outside in front of the cabin. Accommodations were spot on and was incredibly clean. Highly recommend visiting this place.

Excellent place to stay

We stayed for 7 nights and it was a wonderful cabin. The view of the mountains was beautiful and the porch was great. Very clean and had everything we needed! We saw several bears come right up to our cabin every day we were there inclubing a mama bear and her 3 babies. It was awesome! I would definitely stay here again.

My family and I were very happy and pleased with this cabin. It’s beautiful and has all the things you need for a one night or seven night trip. It’s very homey. Very family/children, friendly! The instructions were very clear. We felt safe. We slept well. I would recommend this location. If we ever get the chance to stay in a place like this again, I will be looking for this one

Perfect week

We timed this trip just right with the fall colors. With each day the leaves became more vibrant. The cabin did not disappoint. Nice views, balcony, and the fireplace was a great end to each day. The cabin was close to everything we needed. No bears but Cades Cove and Smokey Mountain National Park were some of the highlights of the trip. Will be back again.
