We invite you to be one of our first guests at this peaceful and centrally-located cabin! Come see beautiful, endless skies from the deck and fire pit! Our cabin offers a California King bed, waterfall open-air shower, a brand new hot tub, WiFi, two sleeper sofas, privacy, and excellent proximity to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Knoxville. No steep mountain roads here! It's a breeze to get to the seclusion of Kirtland cabin. Come get away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy solitude and quiet!

What you can expect when you stay in our cabin:

MAIN LEVEL:

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with cooking essentials, flatware, dishes, drip coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker, blender, crockpot, cookie sheet, baking ware, mixing bowls, and more.

GREAT ROOM: 48" flat screen smart TV, electric fireplace, sleeper sofa with upgraded memory foam mattress, ceiling fan, reading chair, comfy throw blankets.

HALF BATH.

UPSTAIRS:

MASTER SUITE : CALIFORNIA King bed (84"x72"), green-tea-infused Zinus memory foam mattress, down comforter, 2 soft and 2 firm pillows, 65" flat screen smart TV, and closet.
**Please Note**- The bedroom in the cabin is upstairs and does not have a door; it is an open space with cathedral ceilings. This cabin is NOT recommended for 6 adults. The extra sleeping space is offered for couples who may want to bring their children with them on vacation.

MASTER BATHROOM: Dual sinks, huge waterfall shower, towels, start soap and shampoo provided.
**
LAUNDRY CLOSET: Washer and dryer on premises. A few laundry pods and dryer sheets are provided.
**
OUTDOOR SPACE: Spacious covered deck, hot tub, rocking chairs, fire pit area with seating, bbq grill.
**
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: WiFi, hot tub, air conditioning, USB ports in every room, washer and dryer, cotton linens, makeup towels, and bath towels.

PARKING:
2 dedicated spaces.

PETS:
We allow ONE dog per booking. Your dog must weigh less than 50 pounds. If you have a second furry friend you would like to bring, message me before booking. Sometimes exceptions are made depending on size and for an additional fee. Bringing your pet means you agree to the following:
PET RULES:
1. Absolutely no dogs on any furniture.
2. The dog MUST be crated when/if left alone.
3. 100% off all clean up after your pet both inside the cabin (hair) and outside will be done by you. This is not part of the cleaning service.
4. Any and all damage done by your dog will be billed to and paid for by you.

No smoking. No exceptions.

There's a shed on the property. It will be moved soon but for now, please do not use it in anyway. :)
