Needs work
The rental needs repairs. The top banister on the patio is a hazard. If you were to lean on it it would break. The pool table pockets have holes in them, the balls fall to the floor. The bathroom shower in the basement has a soft spot in the floor. It will break through soon. The Wi-Fi is sporadic and barely functional. We had to use our cellular service.

Very Nice, Clean, and Pet Friendly Cabin
Very nice, clean, pet friendly cabin. Our dogs loved the place and the place even had its own private trail to walk the dogs on. Loved that the place had its own dog kennel and food bowls, so we didnt have to pack extra. Loved the location of the cabin, it was close to downtown Galtinburg and Pigeon Forge. The beds were super comfortable and the place included plenty of towels, extra bedding, and necessities (ex. Dish soap, shampoo, etc). Check in and checkout was super easy. Will definitely return in the future.

Great Family Vacation
We had a wonderful trip staying at the cabin. You can tell they love dogs because of all the decor in the house.. The rooms are all very large and bathrooms as well. There are plenty of beds and futons for everyone to sleep. Lots of kid movies are provided as well. Closets are huge and the extra large dog crate was very helpful! The house is provided with plenty of plates and cups etc. We cooked every day so we were able to get by with the tools and pans provided. The property is located so close to all the entertainment you need in Gatlinburg and Pigeoon Forge. The earlier you get up and into places the easier and less crowded it will be. I read all the reviews and many were very accurate about driving and parking. Yes, the main road is one lane but we never had a problem. The driveway is on an angle. We found it easier to back into the driveway. We did ask the cabin below us not to park at the bottom of our driveway though and they understood. The dogs can't really run around since it's not flat there but we were able to walk down the road or up the mountain off of the main floor. We found it best to walk to the left up the mountain using the path with the dogs.. Bring a nice flashlight for night time. There is one provided but we had a very bright light and it made it easier. Overall we had a great trip relaxing at the cabin.

Nice location, beautiful views, easy access, several amenities did not work
We loved the location and views of this property!! However several of the amenities did not work. The outside fireplace did not work our entire stay. They inside fire place had to be fixed upon our arrival. The coffee make and microwave blew a main breaker so there was no power on one half of the kitchen. They replaced the outside grill half way through our visit. The hot tub did not smell clean and stuff floating in it. The jets on the whirlpool tub on the main floor did not work. I will say every time we called to report something they sent someone out promptly to take a look at the problem. I feel that most of this maintenance should have been dealt with prior to guests arrival. Our favorite part was the kiddos hideout in the upper level bedroom.

Property is Okay, But With Some Issues
I mean for this to be fully honest and an assist to any renter in the future, as well as constructive thoughts to the owner/management company: Pros: 1. Property is large, with plenty of room for a pile of people. 2. Location is beautiful & secluded. 3. Okay for your dogs, as far as the house itself is concerned. But no real area for dogs to run or even even walk on lead. 4. A few kind of kid-friendly features of the house are fun (video game, pool table, weird "doghouse" closet bedroom). Cons: 1. The cleanliness of the home was just so-so. It wasn't exactly gross or uninhabitable, but if you're an absolute clean-freak, it's not likely for you. 2. The photos of the house are not truly deceptive, but they also don't provide any great representation of the actual "lay of the land" on the property. From the photos, it seems as though the main level with the living room/kitchen/master bedroom is located is ground level. It 100% is not. The ground entry level is what looks like the basement level in the photos (the room with the movie theater seats). There are a ton of unusual stairs through the house. If you have someone with mobility issues, this house is 100% not for you. 3. Don't expect to have easy access into and out of the house. The road up to the house is a single lane, twisty driveway (where you have to back up and/or turnaround in other driveways if you meet another car coming toward you), & the parking in front of the entrance of the house is on a 45 degree incline. There is no flat, level parking available. You're really going to be challenged to have more than a couple of cars there. The neighbors can block the backup/turnaround area, so you might be stuck in the house without the ability to get out. 4. You'll have to pack in any household thing you might need for your stay. There was 1 roll of paper towels, a couple of trash bags, and toilet paper, but that was about it. If you need any kind of other cleaning things, you'll have to bring it with you. As far as the kitchen is concerned, you're not going to find any kind of pantry of basics like salt/pepper, etc., so you'll literally have to bring all of that with you. 5. TV and Wi-Fi setup in the house is all satellite, spotty & doesn't work great. 6. Mildew on caulk in baths. Basement tub has soft spot in floor and faucet handle is broken. This was just an okay stay, and I 100% wouldn't return. It's not per se a bad place, just not great for the price, IMO.

Family Vacation
The cabin itself was nice. I do think the website needs to be updated because they have more beds than what is listed. There is nowhere to put trash which is really inconvenient. The cabin sets at the top of a mountain (parking is terrible and it could be dangerous). The cabin that set under us had a lot of cars parked there some being in our area which made it hard for us to get in and out of our cabin. The microwave glass tray doesn’t spin so nothing cooks right and it just burns. The very bottom floor the bathroom had mold in the tub. And the faucet handle came off when turning the water off. The stairs on the bottom floor had these metal things on them that pinched your feet when you walked on them. The cabinet that is located in the very top floor fell when I tried closing it. Im just glad it didn’t hurt anyone. The cabin was nice but not for the price, it’s just not safe for kids and they need to clean it better.

Beautiful cabin and easy check-in
We enjoyed our stay at your.beautiful and spacious cabin. It was clean with lots of beds and well situated. We also appreciated your very reasonable fee for our dogs stay. I have a few suggestion to the management/owners. The second floor bathroom and the basement bathroom needs caulking. Also, the basement bathroom doesn’t feel safe. Maybe the way it is positioned on slats? We had a hard time with internet even though it was 5G. We could hardly log in. Due to poor signal, TV was an issue too. Branches might need to be trimmed away from the dish for the signals to work. If you can, fo post some directions how to operate the TV and the new password for the internet. Luckily we were always out so didn’t miss the TV as much as the internet. Lastly, if you could kindly stock up the kitchen with some bare cooking essentials that would be greatly appreciated by your guests. There was no oil, salt, sugar, coffee, dishwasher detergent or any spices. We are experienced cabin renters and it was a surprise to find no basic cooking condiments. This will give your tired guest a break from having to run and do a quick shopping spree after a long days drive. Thank you and appreciate you sharing your beautiful cabin with us!

Loved!
We stayed here for a family vacation with 3 different family units. Every family had their own suite and even their own floor in this property. We only had one infant with us, but it would have work for many more children. There's a small bunk room upstairs off the mail bedroom that isn't in the original advertisement that little ones would love. More than enough space for everyone and we were even able to enjoy this space with our family dog. As a family who loves to cook, even on vacation, the only annoyance was the quality and quantity of the pots and pans in the kitchen. Definitely passable for a rental property, but slightly difficult for the amount of cooking we prefer to do. This property is close to everything and we never had to drive more than 15 to 20 minutes to get to where we wanted to be. Loved our time here and would definitely return.

It was just OKAY
We had high hopes for our vacation away. When we arrived at the cabin and took a look around, we were unimpressed. All of the bathtubs/showers had mold/mildew in the caulking which makes it feel dirty. There were cobwebs in many spots throughout the house. After staying a little while and actually using the showers, one of the handles broke and the other felt like it was going to. We found a pair of dirty socks under the couch that did not belong to anyone on the trip. We lost power 3 times in the week were were there which meant the hot tub was not use able. It took nearly 2 days to get the temp up to a decent temp to use, the power would go out, we would have to start all over. The 3rd time we actually had to call maintenance to come turn the hot tub back on. by the time it got up to temp it was time to do. We choose a cabin for the hot tub and couldn't use it. If we come back to the area, we will not be renting here again. We were surprised at the bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom closet, and my two year old LOVED the secret room.

Wedding weekend stay!
We had a beautiful weekend in this absolutely beautiful property. We brought our 2 fur babies and we were over the moon to see how dog friendly the property was. It was so inviting, had 3 very private master suites that were incredible for the couple we had staying with us. The fireplaces were incredible both in the living room and on the deck. Photos of the owners dog/dogs were all over the home along with adorable dog signs and decor. Everything was perfect and we will be back!

Absolutely Perfect!
I cannot say enough great things about this property and our stay! You’re right in the middle of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge making it easy to go to either. The house was much larger than I expected! Large house on a private road, at the top of a hill! Very secluded and peaceful. 2 things to note that I wish I would have known: 1. If you are bringing a pet, there is a large metal crate in the master bedroom. We didn’t know that upon arriving so we could have saved a ton of room in the car without having to bring a crate! 2. If you are bringing young children, I would 100% recommend bringing 2 safety gates. There are 2 sets of steps that don’t have a door to hide them so they are easy to fall down and wooden! We absolutely loved the entire stay, just something to know to make your trip a little easier 😊
