Self check-in with entry code, which is emailed 2 days prior to arrival if Rental Agreement is signed.
Office hours are M-F, 9am to 5 pm Eastern, via platform messenger only.
Signed Rental Agreement, Hot Tub Rules, Valid ID, and Names of all Guests are Required to Enter the Cabin.
The Red Tape:
- 6 person maximum staying overnight
- We will send a rental agreement and hot tub rules that must be signed before you gain access to the property.
- No smoking of any substance, including vaping. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500 plus the cost of cleaning.
- No pets. Pets are not allowed. You will be charged $500 plus additional cleaning fees if you bring a pet.
- No parties or events. Quiet times are 10 pm to 8 am. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of any necessary cleaning. They will also be immediately removed from the property with no refunds.
- Follow all posted hot tub rules and use the hot tub at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult.
- Everyone gets fresh hot tub water! The hot tub is professionally drained, cleaned, and refilled before each stay, and everyone gets fresh water. It may be a little cloudy, this is normal. Sometimes it won't be up to temp right at check in but will heat at 7 to 10 degrees per hour.
- We provide a start of 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom (4), roll of paper towels (1), dishwashing pods (2), liquid dish soap, dish sponge, 2 trash bags per can (8), and hand soap. Depending on your usage and length of stay, you may need to buy more.
- You will likely see and hear critters
- Bears are dangerous
- The fireplace is shut down April 1 to October 1 as with every cabin in the area.
- We do not send maintenance to the property during your stay. Only after you depart.
- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control
- Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal and coffee are not provided
- Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.
- Area is hilly, and while all roads are paved to the cabin, there can be steep roads on your way to the home. The cabin sits on the edge of a steep incline, and it is recommended that guest stay on the living level of the home for their safety.
** Fees collected at booking may include normal Cleaning and accidental Damage Insurance. No Security Deposit is collected.
