Glacier Falls - Unique Pool & Stunning Interior

Spread out across 4,200 square feet of space at the beautiful Glacier Falls cabin in Pigeon Forge! This brand-new build (2020) boasts 4 bedrooms, a treehouse room, 5.5 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, and space to sleep up to 16 guests. If you want to book even more space, check out the sister cabins of Sky River Lodge, Treehouse River Lodge, and NorthStar Mountain Lodge!

At night, climb into your soothing hot tub for a relaxing soak. Enjoy peaceful wooded views, cozy nights in front of the electric (heated) fireplace, and days splashing and lounging in and around the private indoor pool with grotto, adult spa, waterfall, and kiddie area. The treehouse theater room has a big screen TV, group seating, and Blu-ray and DVD players for an awesome movie night!

A 2-story fireplace is the star of the living room that features stretching ceilings and space to unwind. Each of the bedrooms has its own TV, there is a pool table for shooting around, and you'll have a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer in the cabin. Outdoor amenities include a gas firepit, a charcoal grill, and a flat parking area with space for 4 vehicles. At night, climb into bed in the 3 king-size beds, 1 bunk bed, and 3 sleeper sofas.

Just a few updates
Half of the jets in the hot tub were not operational. Perhaps in the future, the pool could be warmer as it is indoors. Otherwise, it was a beautiful property that we enjoyed prior to our wedding and we appreciate you allowing us to enjoy it.

Dirty Cabin
At 1st things looked good. Then we started to notice things. In the bunk room we found apple cores laying on the bed. In one of the upstairs bedroom we found women's underwater on the floor, the sheets in the downstairs bedroom were not changed and there was wormes make-up on the pillow cases. The silverware was not washed still had food on then put away. The pool had full fake women eyelashes floating in the pool. There was paper towel floating under the waterfall. Other items of trash in and around the pool. And the hottub outside was 1/3 of the way full. I had to fill it up and get it to temp. Took 2 days to do that. We spent the 1st day cleaning the cabin, this was not the experience I was looking for. I would think with the amout of money we dropped on the place it would be clean. I called their service line sent pictures to them nothing was done about this. They said sorry, that was it. This was the 1st and last time I would be using Cabins to go.
