This Smoky Mountain oasis is the perfect place to bring the family/friends for a trip to Dollywood, a hike in the mountain, or just to spend some time sharing stories around the campfire. Sleeps 12, with 4 bedrooms, 11 beds, and 3.5 bathrooms!
The brand new cabin offers all the modern comforts while boasting an unobstructed, spectacular mountain view! Did I mention the wraparound porch that is perfect for enjoying a sunrise/sunset?
We all know the mountains are amazing to look at, but if that isn't enough to fill your day, there's always the downstairs theater room, pool table, air hockey, jacuzzi, giant INDOOR swim spa, fully stocked kitchen, cornhole, mega Jenga, and everything that the near towns (Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg) have to offer!
When you drive into the spacious driveway and parking area, you will be met with those amazing unobstructed mountain views. On the main level, you will find 2 private king bedrooms and one full bathroom, as well as a living room complete with electric fireplace, sofa (pullout), loveseat, chairs, and smart TV, dining table big enough for 10, and an eat-in kitchen with 4 barstools.
OR you can walk in the front door, grab a snack or drink from the kitchen, and keep on walking out the back door to the wraparound porch to rock away your stress...my personal recommendation.
When you walk up to the third level, you will see a sitting area as well as a spacious loft equipped with 2 sets of custom built bunk beds (twin on full), a sofa (with pullout), and a dresser- there's also a smart TV in this loft area- perfect play area for the kids! The third level also includes a master king suite, a king bedroom, and another full bathroom.
The basement is where the magic really happens. A fully immersive theater room complete with theaters chairs and sofa (with pullout...another opportunity for private sleeping area!), pool table, indoor swim spa, air hockey, Counter Arcade (Ms Pacman, Galaga, DigDug), half bath, and access to the 2nd porch with outdoor jacuzzi, and firepit with 8 chairs and a bench. Oh look- there are those gorgeous mountain views again!
For those wanting to "whip something up" in the kitchen: We have fully stocked this with all basic dishware, serving platters and bowls, utensils, pots, pans, blender, toaster oven, coffee maker (because, coffee), wine/can opener, measuring cups and spoons, mixing bowls, and so much more.

Bears have been sighted near this property- I would love for y'all to be able to see them, but please be mindful not to leave food anywhere outside of the cabin (this includes burning the grill off after each use, checking the decks and fire pit area). We are not responsible for damage or injury on this property.
The booking party must be 25 years old, provide a photo ID at time of booking, and be present at check-in.
Please, no glass or food in the hot tubs. We have provided plastic cups for these areas.
We provide all towels and linens, a reasonable supply of paper towels and toilet tissue, as well as laundry and dish soap. Each bathroom will contain complimentary body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. We will not be restocking these items during your stay
******We do not provide refunds due to weather conditions. The road is appropriate for all vehicle types- the last third of a mile is gravel road, so please travel and prepare accordingly.
Due to high fire risks, no fires in high winds (greater than 15mph), no fires during high fire warnings, no ash of any kind should be thrown outside of fire pit area.
No climbing on railings due to fall risk
Security cameras monitor exterior of premises ONLY- there are no cameras or voice recording on the interior of the home. The cameras are located at the front, facing the door and driveway and at the rear, facing the door and fire pit area. These are for insurance and liability reasons and it is possible that they will record video and voice upon sensor activation during your stay. Tampering with security cameras and/or wifi will terminate your stay with no refund considerations.
The local laws require the cabin to be capped at 12 guests due to fire hazards. Any guests noted beyond the maximum capacity of 12 will incur a $50 per person per night fee as well as be responsible for any fines from Fire Marshall.
Quiet time is at 10PM.
