"The staff were always smiling. The wellness centre is fantastic although i would prefer an On Demand button for the Jacuzzi rather than wait 25 mins. Breakfast was so good, i dont normally eat it but went down every morning. Room waa fantastic and the view of sunrise and sunset is better than the Maldives (i should know after a year there). Only thing i didnt enjoy was the 3am call from the neighbours loud "jiggy jiggy" ;@) but this only happened once. I will be back, no doubt about that."

"Sad to leave the Hotel. We were made to feel really welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff and owners were spot on with service and communication. It was also the best place we could find for dinner. Romantic, tasty and very well presented. Nowhere else in Podstrana or Split were up to the same standard. See you again i hope!"

"Lovely hotel, had a really nice time. When I arrived I was given a twin room when I’d booked a double as the staff assumed I’d want to be next door to my family. I explained to them I would’ve appreciated them asking me before changing my room type because I didn’t want a twin room for a single person. Beautiful room regardless and enjoyed our time there."

"We chose a room with a view which was very nice. There was aircon in the room, which is necessary because it is very hot inside the building. Wonderful bathroom with rainfall showerhead, well stocked. Room was not very spacious, but we had a kettle and a small bar fridge with a very nice closet for our clothes and stuff. "Unforgettable views! The two apartments are very clean and comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very compact. It's about 5 minutes' walk downhill to each of the beaches, beautiful clear water. The area is very quiet, one beach bar and one grocery shop. This was just perfect for us, no crowds. There is a coastal path round all the bays, for nice long walks, after all that lazing by the pool. We're already planning next year's visit!"

"From the minute we arrived, Iveca and his family did everything they could to make us feel welcome. The apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped and with wonderful views from the balcony. Relaxing by the beautiful private pool was a highlight of the holiday as was the delicious meal that Iveca cooked for us. The location was fantastic, with beaches and cafes in walking distance. Villa Knez and our hosts were perfect in every way! "
