"Very commodious house - rather 70s in decor but it has everything you might need and everything works. Big garden and 2 minutes walk to the beach. Very nice area and the little town has two weekly markets, a decent carrefour supermarket and local shops. "

"We just spent 2 weeks in Penestin in a perfect family house. Emma’s reception was warm and professional and very helpful. The house was fitted to an exceptional modern standard with everything we could need. The location was 10 mins walk to the beach and 10 mins walk to the centre ville. Market days were busy and varied - as good as any french market! Lots to do in the surrounding area for all ages. We have no hesitation in recommending Emma and Oliver’s beautiful house. The presentation of the house could not be faulted, fresh and bright decoration throughout, stylish and comfortable furnishings and a modern kitchen. We were immediately made to feel welcome with cider and cake. "Maison tres belle, bien située, bien équipée pour 5/6 adultes. Toutefois le dortoir peut accueillir de jeunes adultes sans problème niveau literie si en dessous de 80kgs et 1m90. Environnement extra pour restaus et bars. Plage de la source top à 5 minutes en voiture. En plein ete, routes saturées sans doute. Tout faire à velo sinon...."

"A lovely property with a large wooded garden. The photos online don’t really do it justice. It is much larger than the photos indicate. We had a very relaxing 2 weeks and explored Vannes, Josselin and many other places. It is a pet friendly house, but just a note that there are goats / sheep in the neighbouring grounds so might not be ideal for some dogs. "
