The Space:
Seaview has two bedrooms, both with a queen and single bed each. The bedrooms are on the top floor.
The living and dining area that is downstairs makes this property great for families and groups, complemented by a modern kitchen equipped with a dishwasher.
The bathroom comprises of a shower and bath with a separate toilet room.
Step outside to the patio where you can enjoy a BBQ with stunning bushland and water views.
To ensure your comfort, there is air-conditioning in the downstairs living area and ceiling fans in the upstairs bedrooms.
Additional amenities include a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a single lock-up garage with extra parking available on site. Guests will appreciate the short walk 700m walk to the beach and the 400m stroll to a coffee shop, with local shops also within walking distance.
Guests are also free to use the two canoes and beach equipment at the property for a leisurely day out in the gorgeous and historic Bay of 1770.
Given the property's location amidst nature, guests may encounter wildlife such as bugs, lizards, frogs, and birds on the verandah and in garden areas.
Please note that the driveway up to the car port is on a steep incline and that there are steps without a handrail up to the deck and front door. Because of this, Seaview is not suited to mobility impaired individuals.

The Neighborhood:
Agnes Water, QLD is surrounded by National Parks, pristine waterways and long stretches of unspoiled beaches which front onto the Coral Sea.
Approximately 8 kilometres away is the neighbouring town of 1770, a gorgeous, historic place where Captain Cook landed all those years ago.
Along the headlands of 1770, visitors are offered amazing panoramic views across Bustard Bay, the estuary & creeks.
We enjoy an excellent year-round climate with Queensland’s northernmost surf beach at Agnes Water for surfing and beach activities.
Along the Bay at 1770 you can walk along the parklands and enjoy kayaking, fishing and paddle boarding.
It is a short walk to the variety of cafes & boutique shops in the Agnes Water shopping Village or walk down to the beautiful Agnes Water surf beach for a leisurely day along the water.
A vibrant Sunday market takes place every second weekend.
Getting Around:
We recommend guests have a vehicle to travel around the area.
There is a shuttle bus that can offer tours, pick up/drop off services from your accommodation, the train station or airport. Please get in touch for more information.
There is a tourism information centre in Agnes Water.
Nearest airports: Gladstone and Bundaberg - 75 kilometres.
Nearest train stop: Miriam Vale - 50 kilometres.
Bus: Greyhound travels to the area daily.
The bus stop is at the Ampol service station in Agnes Water, approx. 8 kilometres away.
