"Staff were great. Easy access on the edge of town. A pharmacy next door. Easy to get to restaurants. Downside: lots of small holes in the walls which is discomforting. Shower stall way too small. First night tons of noise at 5am, quiet after that. Again, staff wonderful. Would stay there again."

"It was in a very untidy area of the the city and the hotel grounds were very untidy. The evening staff was quite helpful but the morning staff looked as though they had just got out of bed , so scruffy and looked like they had slept in their clothes. "Great overnight stop just before the Swiss border, this was our third time here. Basic rooms but clean with very comfy beds. Good parking on site, easy to get to once you know where it is, handy right next to a big Autan supermarket and filling station. Wonderful self service breakfast, All fresh with lots of choice, will stay again on our way home. Great value."

"One of the better Campaniles, although the restaurant was not as good as some others, but quite acceptable. The room had been very well modernised, with a good walk-in shower that had dual shower-heads. I plan to use this hotel again on my next visit, and will stay two nights so that I can spend a day at the nearby Peugeot museum."

"The hotel is in a non-walkable area to the city center, the public transportation from this place is not frequent. When I arrived to my room, there was a worm in my room and I have to clean it by myself because there was no cleaning service at the hotel on Sunday night when I arrived. I ordered a burger, I received it without a meat inside. They offered me the meat after in a dish to add it. There was one receptionist girl doing everything because the was alone at the weekend, and she was so nice. When I talked to the manager regarding the room hygien and the worm inside my room. He refunded me a small amount around 40 euro after consulting the owners who were available at the hotel instead of refunding the whole amount, and he threatened me not to talk. He was rude, instead of saying sorry, he said I removed for you one night (which was not the case) and he said don't put anything online. I smiled for this poor guy. I am sure he is a new manager and he doesn't know how to deal with customers. In conclusion, it is my worst experience for an ibis hotel and one of my worst experience in all hotels that I have visited before in more than ten years of travel. I will not repeat it there, and I don't recommend it to anyone."
