Our ground floor, three bedroom beachfront apartment offers a gourmet kitchen, huge patio, 75' flat screen smart television with Sonus surround sound. Elegantly furnished for your air-conditioned comfort, the breathtaking view of Seven Mile Beach is your panorama.

FOR LARGER GROUPS, Our sister property VRBO/Homeaway #784598 directly next door can be rented as well!

Our spacious master bedroom offers beachfront views from your king-size bed just off of our 400 square foot patio. The bedroom also has a walk though closet to a stunning bathroom which offers a spacious double-sink vanity and features a walk-in shower area offering a 14' rain shower head coupled with six body shower heads and a hand and wall shower.

Our second guest suite bedroom is stunning in it's own right with its king size bed and a huge private bathroom offering a full size soaking tub and shower combination with quartz decking around the tub.

All bedrooms offer 40' flat screen smart televisions.

John was great with communicating with us during our stay. The condo was fully stocked with all we needed plus more. Being right on the beach was definitely convenient for all of us to just walk out and go snorkeling or swimming. Grocery/liquor/dive stores are all within a short 15min walk. Memorable trip for my family and looking forward to coming back!

Thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Cayman and staying in the house. This house had many things included that made the trip both inside the unit and in a storage unit with all kinds of beach amenities. I had high expectations - and the place exceeded them. Great location, Great Space. All the things one needs for a week in a condo (shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels....) were provided. Plus a welcome bottle of champagne!!

This property is absolutely beautiful. It was clean and well kept. It had everything that we needed. It was amazing to be able to walk out onto the beach in every day. We loved the tennis court, basketball court, workout room, sand toys, paddle boards….it had everything we needed and much more.

This condo and location was amazing! We had three little girls ages 1-6 and they had everything we needed from pack n play and high chair to beach toys! The girls loved being able to walk right out onto the beach and into the water and we loved not having to pack bags to go to the beach. Thank you for an amazing stay!

We were so happy here!
Waking up every day to enjoy the sounds of the waves and the infinity of the amazing ocean was a deep pleasure, a dream come true. The four of us are so grateful for this experience! The house is so beautiful and comfortable and John was attentive and responsive to our needs. The lagoon and pool area with the barbeque area was beautiful as well. We rented a car and went around the island and discover many tropical beautiful places. We just love it!

Great stay in Grand Cayman.
We all had a fabulous time together as a family while staying in this beautiful condo. The space allowed us to gather and hang out inside and enjoy the beach and ocean. The condo is beautifully appointed which I always look to add to the experience, this did not disappoint. All the extras included in the storage garage an added bonus that also helped us enjoy the island even more. John was super helpful and responsive to any questions. Great condo, Damaged Beach
This is our second time staying at this complex, and it is lovely. Unfortunately, Hurricane Ian damaged the beach. It is very short and very rocky. You are kind of isolated from 7 mile beach unless you want to swim. Hopefully repair is in the works for the near future.

The property is very well appointed and kept to the highest standards of cleanliness. Everything that you would ever need for fun at the beach was available in the “garage”. The tennis / pickle ball court is available and extremely nice. The house is very roomy and comfortable. All parts of the island are easily accessible via short drives. John Ramsey was always quick to reply to answer any questions, he and the entire staff were very friendly and courteous. We were a family of eight ranging from 8 months to 72 years, we all are grateful to John and we highly recommend this rental.

Absolutely perfect family setting!
Small details matter when you getaway with your family to relax and enjoy. This property had everything we needed inside and out. All things from a high chair to paddle boards, snorkeling gear, inflatables and beach toys were neatly organized in a nearby garage. The beach is at your feet through the back of the lanai and the pool is steps away from the front door. Everything is labeled and mapped out to make your stay completely turn key. The kitchen is thoroughly appointed and we did not need anything but our own food & drink. A fantastic supermarket (Fosters) with an extensive self-serve buffet is 7 minutes away. There's a dive supply store 4 mins from the property and Red Sails Sports is located next door for diving, jet skis, hobie cats and watersports. Camana Bay is an easy walk for shops & restaurants. The hosts are very accommodating and responsive. I thank them for offering a luxurious property and for all the little things they thought of to make our stay wonderful!

Wonderful week in Grand Cayman
We had a wonderful stay in Grand Cayman. The host could not have been more responsive, and we had the opportunity to meet him on site, which was wonderful. The apartment was large, beautiful and exactly as advertised. And being on the first floor made it so easy to access the beach. The beach wasn’t as walkable as it was 5 years ago, so much has washed away, unfortunately. But the location of the apartment can’t be beat. There is so much within walking distance. We ordered groceries before we left the US and John made sure his staff received the groceries and put the refrigerated items away before we arrived. I highly recommend this apartment and this host. You will not regret it.

Perfect stay!
Everything about our stay here was perfect! The villa is wonderful! The pictures accurately and completely reflect how beautiful it is. It is thoughtfully set up for guests and extremely well-equipped for all of your possible needs (ie extra beach and bath towels, paper towels, tp, coolers, snorkel gear, kitchen items). The fact that it is on the ground floor and one step out to the gorgeous beach positively adds to the luxury of staying here. This can’t be beat! We did not rent a car and were within short walking distance to very good restaurants- Tillies, Salt Water Grill, and Camana Bay restaurants not to mention our short beach walk to our favorite little happy hour beach bar at Coral Beach. John, the owner, is so accommodating - from the thoughtful touch of champagne waiting for us to his kindly making provisions for us pre and post check-out. Wonderful family vacation
The condo itself was beautiful! The kitchen was very big and great for cooking for a larger family. Great family room and screened in porch for gathering. The grill was also very great! The condo is on the first level which means you can walk right out onto the beach and the pool is only a few yards outside the front door. Seven mile is always beautiful, but unfortunately a storm had just came through that knocked down the wall on the beach in front of the condo and the rubble was still being cleaned up while we were there. Also the sand on the beach was full of rocks and coral from the storm, which is very unlike seven mile. Besides the unfortunate beach experience from the storm, I wish there were more chairs at the beach and a lot of the chairs were ripping so it made them uncomfortable to sit on for a long period of time. The condo owner was super responsive and easy to work with. Also the condo is super close to restaurants, the grocery, and shopping at camana bay. Overall it was great experience!

Great Vacation
Highly recommended beachfront condo rental. Everything about this rental made for a great family vacation. Location: The condo’s screened in patio opens right on to the sand. The unit is on the southern end of 7-mile beach (just north of the Marriott). A beautiful grocery store is a 3-minute drive. A 6-minute drive to Georgetown. Walking distance to restaurants. Condo: The owner has side by side units (6 & 7). We stayed in #6. The 3-bedroom layouts are mirror images. Both are beautiful. (#7 is decorated more modern). Our condo was beautifully appointed and all furniture in perfect condition. . Very comfortable for our 6 adults & 1 child. High chair & pack ‘n play provided. Large fully equipped kitchen with everything you would need. We ate all meals in the screened in porch with the sound of waves. The owner has included all the comforts of home (soap/shampoo in all showers, Q-tips,beach towels, some dishwasher & laundry soap, games). There is an entire garage full of beach games, snorkel gear, paddle boards, kid’s beach toys. The complex has a tennis court. Each side of the tennis court has pickleball lines painted with a portable net. The court has flowering bushes growing on the perimeter fence—beautiful. There is a nice pond with ducks & turtles in the middle of the complex. Our 2 year old grandchild loved feeding bread to the turtles. There is a very nice pool / hot tub / outdoor kitchen with a gas grill. We loved the grill…the hot tub was rarely hot eno

Cayman Beach Condo
Had a great stay - property owner was very communicative, especially considered that a tropical storm just blew in the week prior to our stay. He was very understanding to make our trip as enjoyable as possible, despite some limitations due to weather conditions. Condo was clean, refreshing, and overall property association was enjoyable. Garage had everything you would have wanted for the beach, which was an overall plus! Would definitely stay again!
