This condo at Sunset Cove is a 3 BR, 2 bath Ocean front unit on the third floor with easy access to both the pool and the beach. Daily rental rates shown are for up to 6 persons with beds (Adults/Teenagers) and maximum occupancy allowed for up to 8 persons (meaning smaller children for the additional two guest) Extra persons are $30/night/person.

Great condo and complex for families
Condo has been recently remodeled as described (newer appliances and kitchen). Layout works well and the patio adds space (and awesome view). The cove is nice for a family as well as the pool. The larger section of 7MB is a short walk, which is worth noting.

Amazing stay in Grand Cayman!
We loved this unit, the location, and property! The beach here is the best on all of Seven Mile Beach. Plenty of room for us 4 adults and 1 toddler. Excellent complex; featuring a beautiful beach and swimming cove, large and clean full size and kiddie pools, and delicious and convenient swim-up bar & grille. We would highly recommend this place to anyone, and look forward to returning soon!

Pure Paradise
We loved our stay at Sunset Cove. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Joe was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The beach was beautiful, we enjoyed drinks and food at the swim up bar. The condo is fully and very comfortable for families. The balcony was my favorite spot to enjoy all hours of the day! We hope to come back!

Best vacation
The location of the property was perfect. Could still walk on the road to get pizza, ice cream, coffee but the swim up bar restaurant was perfect. The lagoon was great for the kids to play in the sand. The condo had everything we needed including some sand toys for the kids. The balcony was the best to drink our coffee, watch the sunset and look at cruise ships coming in. Wouldn’t change a thing.

Great condo right on SMB. Cannot beat the view from the huge balcony! Very nice pool, pool bar, and beach with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Very well stocked unit. Maybe a little dated, but overall we very much enjoyed our stay.

I can't think of anything I would have changed. Spacious and comfortable. We were there the week of a big storm so had to spend more time inside than we expected. A huge TV and very comfortable sofa made it easy. Plenty of restaurants are very close, as are grocery stores if you would like to cook at the condo.

Loved staying at this condo for a week! It was centrally located. Close to shopping and eating. Pool swim up bar and restaurant was really nice to have. We rented the Jeep for the week - it was awesome to tour the island! Would definitely recommend to anyone!!

We ended up driving in circles for two hours from Airport. We asked for help by no less than three people and none of them could help us. When we left the Airport we were using Google maps and couldn’t get us there either. I went to your website for directions and the directions were merely your address, no step by step directions. The deck umbrella was broken. We had a very difficult time getting hold of Joe for any of these issues. It took 4 emails to get Joe to send us the code for the house. We were freezing, no directions on how to adjust the thermostat.

Overall positive experience
Was laid out well for adults and kids, loved the beach out front and the cove for swimming. Having the Jeep was a cheaper convenient option rather than renting a car. For the cost, some new towels would be good and you could provide travel size soaps, toiletries, laundry soap that are natural, low irritants. The beach has eroded across most properties on the island, so was great to have it, but was somewhat rocky and rough sand. No bugs or pests, was a quiet community, some locals hang out at the bar due to prices, which was understandable. We felt safe the entire time. Was great to be able to walk to close by restaurants, stores and hotels.
