Welcome to George Town Villas Unit #218, your cozy retreat nestled at the beginning of the stunning 7-mile beach on the picturesque island of Grand Cayman. Our community, George Town Villas, is home to 54 inviting condominiums that offer both oceanfront and ocean-view settings, all enveloped by lush tropical gardens. From here, you'll be treated to breathtaking vistas of the pristine beach, vibrant coral reefs, and mesmerizing shades of blue and turquoise that paint the canvas of the Caribbean Sea.

This lovely 2nd floor-direct oceanfront unit overlooks the ocean and has pool and garden views beyond; designer-furnished with a casual, island elegance. It is located at the end of a U-shaped building with direct oceanfront views from every room!

Accommodation:

The master bedroom boasts a luxurious King-size bed and an ensuite bathroom for your ultimate comfort. In the guest bedroom, you'll find two twin beds that can easily be converted into a king-size bed, and it also features its own private bath.

Need extra sleeping space? Our living area includes a full-size sleeper sofa, making the condo perfect for accommodating up to 4 guests.

Fully Equipped:

Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and a living area that offers plenty of relaxing seating with a large screen, flat panel TV and ocean views. Ceiling fans in every room, central A/C, dishwasher, linens, beach towels, washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, blow dryer and complimentary WIFI are provided.

Love the ocean/snorkelling?

There is natural Cayman lava rock at the water's edge and an easy access ladder into the turquoise sea for fabulous snorkelling and swimming in calm, warm waters. Enjoy the best snorkelling on 7 Mile Beach. The Wreck of the Gamma is a short swim from the condo. There are plentiful coral heads and an abundance of sea life!

Beach/pool lover?

Lounge on the uncrowded beach, head to our freshwater pool, or walk up the luxurious white-sand 7-mile beach. The beach by the condo is mostly sugar tan and white sand with some coral reefs and rocks washed ashore. Relax on one of several beach loungers while soaking in the view of passing boats and breathtaking sunsets.  There are also 2 lightweight portable beach chairs and beach umbrella for your on island use.

Tennis/Pickle Ball anyone?

The Georgetown Villas tennis court is configured for both tennis and Pickle Ball, complimentary for our guests.

Water Sports:

The main attraction on the island is the water sports activities. A short walk to the Marriott offers you parasailing, windsurfing, and jet skis. Snorkelling and diving on the island are considered to be some of the best in the world.

This is a beautifully and appropriately decorated and outfitted corner condo on the ocean. The balcony overlooks the pool and the ocean on two sides - it is at least 2/3 in the shade with a breeze all day which was perfect! The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed and more. Such a pleasurable experience and I. The perfect location close to town, grocery and seven mile amenities.

This was our first time on Grand Cayman and this was a great intro to it. The condo was perfectly situated on the beach as a corner unit with a fabulous view. It was clean, spacious, and met every need we could ask for. The property manager Ildiko was great with communication as well. It was a great vacation and I would stay at this place again for sure!

Really enjoyed or stay and loved being on the end unit with great ocean view. Was able to walk to both Georgetown and seven mile beach. Only down side is there were some ugly ships just of the shore doing some work (looked like they were bring in sand).

Amazing Development and Location
We just loved the condo on the beach. Located at end of the building, this condo is closest to the ocean. The cruise ships lined up each morning just off the beach, and the sunsets were amazing. Unit is located within easy walking distance of a grocery store and multiple restaurants. In suite laundry was an added bonus. Had a great stay and would highly recommend.

Beyond amazing!!!
This condo was an amazing place for our family vacation. The property is beautiful and the condo was very clean and comfortable. The view was amazing and the snorkeling was everything we were hoping for. It felt as though we had the entire complex to ourselves all week as we only saw a handful of other people out in the pool, on the beach, grilling, etc. We made wonderful memories with our kids and are hoping to return soon to this same condo.

Beautiful condo and great location
The condo is very well decorated, clean and overlooks the beach and swimming pool. It is in a really good location on Seven Mile Beach with great snorkeling right off the condo’s beach. The on island property manager who helped us, Ildi, met us at the condo when we arrived from the airport. She spent time explaining details about the condo and restaurants and activities. She was very helpful! We had a wonderful vacation and would want to stay at the same condo again.

Georgetown Villa #218
The condo was very nice, and in a great location. The property manager kept in touch, making the check-in process easy. One of the things we appreciated the most was that it was stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dish washing detergent, laundry detergent, shampoo, and soap. It was nice not having to run to the store to get those kinds of things while on vacation - that was a nice touch!

30th Anniversary
We enjoyed our stay immensely. The property was just as described. The property manager was so nice and gave us great recommendations for dinner and activities. The beach on the property is very rocky and foot protection is a must. There are better beaches a very short drive away. Governors beach is a must see. Star Point was not worth the trip, but near Rum Point which was a great place to spend the day. We will definitely be back to this location!

We keep coming back!
I’ve been coming to this property since the 80’s! It’s sentimental but also so perfect. I understand why my parents at the time brought us to this beautiful property on Grand Cayman and now I bring my family! It’s close to everything so we don’t rent a car. We walk or take a cab if we need to. Not crowded because the property is laid out for great views from everywhere. It’s the perfect place for 4 or 6 people. Clean, quiet and serene and well managed.

The condo was everything as presented on Home Away. Beautiful view, beautiful condo and we will be back. Had never been to GC before and Pam with super helpful and in constant contact with us throughout the stay! The condo had everything we needed and more down to the shampoo/conditioner, laundry supplies, extra towels and linens and even bug spray! 10 out of 10!!
