Cayman Reef Resort Unit #6 condo is a 1-bedroom 1-bathroom unit that can comfortably accommodate up to 3 guests. The Master bedroom features a Queen Bed, with a Queen sleeper sofa available in the living room. A travel crib can be provided upon request.
Fully Equipped Kitchen:
The condo is well-well-appointed with a fully equipped kitchen, including a coffee maker, blender, spices and all the essentials to enable guests to prepare their own meals during their stay.
Entertainment:
The condo features a small dining area. a comfortable living area with Cable and Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and an enclosed patio that overlooks the pool and garden areas. Board games, books, pool, and tennis court gear are also provided.

The property boasts beautifully landscaped grounds and offers direct access to a narrow stretch of beach and the turquoise Caribbean sea. Sand Shifting:
Please note that, like some other properties in the southern end of 7 Mile Beach, there may be seasonal sand shifting and beach erosion. While most of the year there remains a narrow stretch of beach, there are times when the water comes directly to the beach wall and loungers are placed on the grassy landing above so guests can continue enjoying stunning ocean views and easy access to the sea for swimming, snorkelling, and water activities.
There are nearby beach access paths north of the property that are recommended for wider stretches of sand and unobstructed beach walks. Photos of the current beach (at the time of booking or upcoming arrival) can be provided on request.

Fall Landscaping NOTICE:
Please NOTE: From September 16 - October 18, 2024, maintenance will be removing grass from the seafront area as part of seafront improvements. The project includes the remove of all loungers and umbrellas, while the grass is replaced with local sand. Additional landscaping improvements will also be performed.
