Furthermore, the nicely decorated living and dining area creates a great space for comfort and entertainment with seating and the flat screen tv. Also, there is a pullout sofa for extra guests making this condo perfect for larger groups or families. Overlooking the gardens, you can enjoy the blue Caribbean Sea and tropical sunsets from your private, screened-in balcony.

You’re conveniently within walking distance of many restaurants/bars, a yoga studio, spas, and coffee shops. Also, there are great amenities next door at the Marriott hotel, which by the way has amazing afternoon teas and Sunday brunches. It is walking distance to the footpath to stunning Camana Bay which boasts a lively waterfront complex offering an array of boutiques and dining options, as well as book/toy store and water fountains for children. Also, at Camana Bay you can shop for all things local and explore the weekly Farmers and Artisans Market (every Wednesday), as well as a 10 screen Movie Theatre. Adjacent to Camana Bay is Foster’s grocery store. All of this just a short walk away!
Getting Around:
The local buses (minivans) run frequently along West Bay Road, just in front of the resort in case you decide not to rent a car and want to head to town or explore! Taxi's are also easy to call and arrange.
The easiest way to get around and explore the island is to rent a car - and there is ample free parking outside of the apartment.

*Please note that the beach size changes with seasonal weather, however stairs from the pool deck offer easy access to swimming in the sea directly in front of Regal Beach Club. Depending on winds and tides on any given day, beach lounging may vary, but this oceanfront property never disappoints.
*This apartment is located on the second floor and you will need to climb one set of stairs to access.
