Location, location, location! There are thousands of hotel rooms and condos but this condo on Seven Mile Beach is one of a kind. This is a perfect 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo for the discerning guests who want the luxury of a spacious and fully renovated condo for their family or for vacationing with another couple. Are you paying for a room with a garden view or view of the parking lot, switch to this condo with the views you deserve on vacation. Views of the beautiful Caribbean Sea, swimming pool, hot tub, and spectacular sunsets from our balcony make this condo special. It’s centrally located within the complex and within walking distance (1.2 mi) to Georgetown and
(1 mi) Camana Bay for great dining and shopping. Within a 10 -15 minute walk, there are lots of fabulous restaurants along West Bay Road. This is a perfect condo and location for your vacation rental!
When you walk into this newly & fully renovated condo, you see the Caribbean Sea and swimming pools. Owners fell in love with this second floor ocean view/poolside condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. No elevator.
Lovely balcony to watch the spectacular sunsets. Steps away from swimming pool with waterfall, kiddie pool, hot tub. In fact, you can sit on the balcony and talk with your family members while they are in the pool or hot tub. The beach is beautiful and wide with umbrellas and lounger. Snorkel in or out of the cove and see the fish.
The two bathrooms have been recently renovated with a new Kohler bathtub and larger sized walk-in shower. Quartz countertop with double sinks and a custom-built vanity. Master bedroom floor has been replaced and a pocket door separating the bedroom from the bathroom. Kitchen has new cabinets, new appliances (fridge with ice maker, stove, microwave and dishwasher and granite counter tops), Cuisinart blender, Keurig, just for the days when you want to cook and eat in. Full size washer and dryer in the condo.
Large dining room and living room. High end furniture, and oh so comfortable mattresses on the king, queen, and twin beds, two flat screen tvs, smart speakers, Blu ray/DVD player, and fiber optic Wi-Fi.
Compare the total rental cost with the hotel's total costs as they charge a daily resort fee as well as a service fee. Most of the condos owners/renters are expats who work on the island. The pool and beach are not crowded because they are at work when you are enjoying your vacation. We are happy to share our family vacation home with you. Hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!

Very nice property with a very large pool area. Beach was a private cove that was perfect for if the ocean was rough around us. Snorkeling right in the cove on the wall was very nice. Sad the beach was not more connected to the rest of 7mile. Seems 7 mile beach is more broken up in the last 5 years since I was down here. The unit had every imaginable amenity you could need. Be careful with the toaster as it will set off the smoke detector. We tried to adjust the settings but it seemed it needed more help that we can give it. Very nice balcony and view. Pool bar is the best! Food and drinks were great! Plenty of security on site to make you feel more than comfortable. Sad nothing was open with the old Margaritaville as it was our front lobby area. Will come back and stay again. Owner is super great and responsive.

A little piece of paradise on earth.
We just stayed 12 glorious days at Sunset Cove 219! This condo was perfect for our family of 5. The location was fantastic! It was close to everything we needed. Supermarkets were just a few min. drive away, as well as George Town and all pick-up locations for our excursions. The condo was very clean and organized. Everything was well labelled from the kitchen to the washroom, where to find what, etc. It was so enjoyable to stay there!! It was comfortable, spacious, and cozy! Jennifer, the housekeeper, came to clean the condo twice during our stay and she does a nice job! Kheng kept in touch with us during our stay and we appreciated all her tips and recommendations of what to see, where to go, what restaurants to try, etc. The condo exceeded all our expectations! The beach is kept groomed compared to the other beaches on the left and the right of Sunset Cove. We were very surprised how the other resorts and hotels had unkept beaches, even branded hotels like the Marriott had sadder beachfront than our beach. There is a lot of sea life to enjoy especially in the early morning when the water is still very calm. We highly enjoyed snorkeling there. The pool and pool area were always kept clean. The ground keepers do a great job keeping the garden nice and clean, the pool was cleaned daily before we were up. The pool water was clear, which tells me they have a very good filtering system. We were extremely happy with our decision to pick Kheng and Grant’s condo over a hotel chain.

Beautiful cove, close to everything!
We spent 2 night’s at Kheng and Grant’s place in Sunset Cove. The beach was nice and we loved the pool bar at the Lazy Lizard. The coo do was exactly as pictured. We spent time relaxing on the porch. It had everything we needed. It’s in a great location. We ate at Piccolinos- cute cafe and awesome staff. And dined at XQs. Kheng sent tims of recommendation of what to do and where to eat. Too much to choose! We would stay here again, and appreciated the hospitality! Oh- and my daughter left her bathing suits when we checked out, and Kheng was really helpful in coordinating for us to pick them up the next day.

Wonderful Stay!
The property was perfect for my husband and I along with our two young adult children. The condo was clean and well stocked. Pool and beach were wonderful. Having the Lazy Lizard onsite was great for a drink or quick bite to eat. Pizza place within walking distance was a a savior as we arrived on a Sunday when the grocery stores are closed. Owners provided detailed and extensive information about the condo and island. We loved our stay!

Outstanding stay with Kheng and Grant at Sunset Cove
We had a wonderful vacation in Grand Cayman and staying at Sunset Cove. Kheng was extremely helpful ahead of our trip with information regarding the unit, the island in general and making sure our arrival was smooth. We found the information on VRBO to be accurate and there were no surprises. This is a second floor unit overlooking the interior pool and grounds. We hope to be back next year! Thank you

Beautiful location for fun with family
We had a wonderful first experience on Grand Cayman while staying at this property. The host provided ample information about the island (restaurant and activity recommendations, etc) which helped us create a rough itinerary and really feel like we explored as much of the island as we could in a week. The rental is well equipped with everything you would need while staying there. The pool and protected cove are fabulous for little kids. We will definitely be returning and have already recommended the location to friends and family!

Perfect location
This I was our second time at Sunset Cove and again had a great time. It’s a perfect location on 7 MB and the beach is beautiful and private. Our hosts are always so helpful with information and recommendations of all sorts. The condo is very well equipped and clean with both poolside and ocean views.

Perfect Little Hideaway
This might be our best family trip so far. Kheng made it so easy for us with all her helpful notes on where to eat and what to do. The condo is just what you need and so is the complex. We saw other fancier resorts down there but that's not what we wanted. We could see the ocean from the balcony. The complex was quiet. You could always find a group of lounge chairs in the shade whenever you wanted. And if the kids were hungry, they just ordered from the pool bar. So easy! So relaxing! Kheng thought of everything.

Amazing stay for your vacation
Loved our stay! This was our first time to the island and we had the best vacation. This condo has everything you need, the property was the best, and the location was just perfect. We stayed with our 3 adult children and they loved the condo and property as much as my husband and I. Kheng was absolutely amazing to work with, she had lots of tips and suggestions for our first visit to the island! The communication was the best I have ever dealt with. We normally go to Hawaii every year and this year we decided to switch it up, we are so glad we did. We will definitely be back and definitely be staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Sunset Cove. The unit is well-equipped and organized. The hosts have thought of everything you might need. The complex is peaceful, and we made frequent use of the hot tub. Tip to renters: our favorite restaurants were Casanova’s and Pane & Pasta—best Italian food we ever ate (definitely better than what we got in Italy).

Great Week in Cayman
My wife and I had a fantastic week in this unit. Spacious, functional, clean and updated. From the moment we booked our trip several months ago, the communication with the owners was fantastic. With all the information they provided us regarding the Condo and Island, I felt like we had a personal Concierge. The pool and beach are excellent and very close to the Condo, kid friendly. The Island itself is fantastic. The restaurants (all owner recommended) that we ate at were great. If you enjoy walking, it probably doesn't make sense to rent a car. Aside from airport transfers, we used a cab once during the trip. We walked about 5 - 7 miles a day. I would highly recommend staying in this Condo.

This was the most perfect condo to stay in. The owner gave every attention to detail possible making this day even better. The condo is situated in such a way that you can enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean and the pool at the same time. All of the recommendations made were spot on. We will return to this condo and not look any further for lodging after this stay!

This lovely condo was perfect for our week diving. Light-filled and a balcony with pool AND beach view, close to our Georgetown dive dock, the grocery stores and great restaurants. Great mattresses, too! Our hosts made everything easy and answered all our questions. Can't wait to go back!

One word sums it up- AMAZING!
This was by far one of the best vacations we have ever had. Kheng and Grant’s place met all of our needs and by far exceeded our expectations They have thought of every single detail to make your stay an amazing one. The grounds were kept so clean and having the pool close was a blessing for my teenager. The cove was an excellent place to snorkel and swim. Simply the Best!! Perfection!!!
Our vacation to the Cayman Islands did not disappoint! We returned to the island after spending our honeymoon here 25 years ago, and this time was just as special primarily due to this fantastic rental condo and its caring owners. The location is perfect and the owners provided so much info about what to do, and where to go. They were always responsive to every question we had which made our planning easy and fun. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect for us. We loved the location for its walkability to shops and restaurants. In the week we stayed there we ate at a different restaurant every night, and each time we walked there, except for one. The swim up bar was perfect for our post diving lunch and beers. Great condo in a perfect location
This is a wonderful condo at the south end of 7 mile beach.The pool is huge and the cove in front is amazing with the calm water. The condo is very comfortable, including the beds and the owner is very responsive and quick to answer any questions. Kheng sent out a list of suggestions right after I booked, which includes activities, restaurants and tips. It made the planning of the trip so easy! I highly recommend this unit!
