"Very nice apartment but super stressful getting access into building. Booking site said checkin 3pm -10pm but no front door staff. Email connected me to local contact who sent link to use to open building door but couldn't get it to work. Finally someone walked out and I walked in. Apartment key in lockbox worked fine. "

"Beautiful heated pool with a gorgeous swim up view of the lake and mountains. Pretty loud inside the cabins if you have noisy neighbors. No ability to control your own heat (you have to call reception to have them adjust it?) Highly recommend overall. "

"My room was in front of the Main Street (bustillo) so I heard the cars going back and forth all night, the view was not as advertised by the property. On top of this the room was too hot, amenities are open but nobody is on the spa or the pool to help you out, I left after the first night and went to another hotel where my parents made their reservation, less expensive and with much better amenities. I do not recommend this hotel"

"We had a great 3-night stay. Apartment was large, free on-site parking was always available, and we especially enjoyed sitting at the table and chairs while looking at the lake. Owner was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure we had all the information we needed. Good location outside of the city center, yet easy to walk to two very good breweries that served food as well. "

"The staff was great the rooms were nice the only drawback was the lack of air conditioning and with the extended noise at night there was a fine balance of being cool enough and missing the noise. "

"The property is very new, but we believe that they are falling behind on maintenance and cleaning. My wife noted that the floors were dirty, something that had to be pointed out to me. The breakfast is a bread basket with instant coffee that doesn’t arrive until after 8:30am (earliest). We chose the location BC breakfast was included. Looking back we would have done better by bringing a loaf of brand Nescafe. That way we could have been out hiking by 7 or 8 am instead of 9 or 10 am. Leaving...

"Located just a couple of blocks outside downtown San Martin, the setting was very quiet with only the sounds of nature (lots of birds) punctuating the approach of the Argentine autumn. Cabins were spacious with full kitchens and comfortable beds. Gustavo -- self-exiled from Buenos Aires -- who runs the property, an informal tourism minister, was incredibly friendly and helpful and added to the overall warmth of the property, though his Rhodesian Ridgeback, India, would not give up the reception...

"I would not characterize this as a four star hotel as advertised. Rooms are average at best, the furniture is old. The bed was comfortable. The kitchenette was disappointing, very few dishes to speak of, silverware and cutlery were inadequate, a pot, but no pans. The microwave did not work. Staff at front desk were very friendly, but did not speak good English. Overall average at best but not worth the price"

"The apartment is too small to comfortably accommodate 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). It would be more suitable for a family of 3 at most. On the last day, there were strong winds, resulting in a power outage across the entire area for 3 hours. We were surprised that in a region known as a ski destination, a windy day could cause such an extended power cut. Additionally, there was no water supply due to the lack of a functioning pump. "El hotel está muy bien ubicado, es muy limpio y las habitaciones son de buen tamaño. Tuvimos problemas con el ruido de las habitaciones contiguas. El día que dejamos el hotel, solicitamos en la recepción que nos programaran un taxi remise para ir al aeropuerto y nunca llegó, desgraciadamente el joven de la recepción no pudo conseguirnos otro medio de transporte, eran las 4 am y tuvimos que salir a la calle cargando las maletas, nos topamos con muchos borrachos en la calle, el taxista que nos hizo el favor de recogernos nos comentó que era muy peligroso estar a esas horas en la calle"
