Really noisy banging, furniture moving etc. I have seen another comment with some complaint. It’s real. And you’d better bring ear plugs. So don’t stay on second floor - back of building. You might have trouble sleeping. Room 10 "

"We had a wonderful 1 week stay here. Cosimo our host was a wonderful person. He helped us so much to plan our time in Sardinia. It was an extremely convenient location. The room was dusty and slightly dirty and surfaces seemed to have not been wiped. The address shown on Expedia once we booked was not the same one at which the host told us to check in and we were not made aware of this change before arrival. The bathroom was clean but the shower was overhead and came down with too much pressure. It barely drained...

"Lovely hotel. Grounds are well kept. Breakfast is amazing. Pool and pool area is always clean. Beach hotel is lovely. Not a lot to do for the kids, but I think that’s general for Sardinia. Overall, lovely staff, clean, organised, good food. Location is great as long as you have a car. Close to beaches and close to town square. Honestly can’t fault this hotel. Will go again."
