Beautiful home in excellent location
My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Everything was very clean and the location with the terrace view was amazing. Additionally the hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating, I highly recommend staying here!

A lovely apartment set in a wonderful location
We had a wonderful time. The apartment was lovely, very clean and comfortable, well set up with everything we needed and had an amazing view from both balconies. We were only a short walk to the local market which was open everyday and we would buy lovely fresh fish/seafood for our dinner, also fresh produce. We were across the road from the bakery that was open all day and we would buy a lovely fresh baguette for our lunch and some nice cakes. The owners communicated very well, were very friendly and helpful, even insisted on carrying our bags for us. We really appreciated the bottle of wine that was left in the fridge for us. We highly recommend this property. We had a great time

Great Place Great Location
The apartment is located overlooking harbour. Lots of activity going on, bars and restaurants. The apartment had all you need, very clean and fully air conditioned which we really appreciated as it was hot when we were there. You do not need a car as everything you need is within walking distance. The owner is contactable although we did not experience any problems. We would recommend this apartment and location and would not hesitate to stay here again if we visit Sete in the near future. Brendan and Kathryn Buckley

We have just recently returned from a week spent in Sete at this lovely apartment with fantastic views, great for people and boat watching! Everything was extremely clean and tidy, exactly as advertised. The big added bonus was the parking included in the price. Would recommend to anybody. Thank you for a great stay.

Beautiful apartment in a stunning location
Every possible convenience in this very comfortable apartment with views of the canal and fishing boats. Supermarkets, restaurants, the Halles on your doorstep. The owners Jean and Laurence were very welcoming, available for advice, and absolutely non-intrusive. Sete is ideally situated for excursions in the Languedoc-Roussilion, and places as such as Carcassonne, the beaches, Meze and Montpelier are within easy reach. But we loved getting back to the apartment every evening and having a glass of wine on the balcony. Many thanks Jean and Laurence for your hospitality and for making this lovely apartment available to us.

Das Badezimmer war ein Provisorium (Stufen am Eingang, sehr niedrige Decke, enge Dusche). Der Wohnungszugang über das Treppenhaus war alles andere als einladend. Die Möblierung des Appartments lud nicht gerade zum verweilen ein (harte Latexmatratze im Bett, Stühle und Sofa zum Sitzen unbequem und für Leute mit Rückenproblemen einfach nicht geeignet. Wohnung ist für Kurzaufenthalt bei Belegung mit 2 Personen OK,

Geweldig verblijf op prachtige locatie
Keurig nette woning voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Zeer aardige en behulpzame gastvrouw. Bieden parkeerpas aan voor parkeergarage aan de overkant, 5 min lopen. Complete uitleg bij binnenkomst. Zeer goede locatie, prachtig uitzicht over kanaal. In het centrum. Strand op 10 min rijden. Kortom een aanrader.

Nettes Appartment am Canal Royal
Die Wohnung ist recht gut ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war problemlos und angenehm. Wichtig ist auch gewesen, dass man im nahegelegenen Parkhaus mit einer Parkkarte der Vermieterin kostenlos parken kann. Der Blick von den beiden kleinen Balkonen auf den Kanal ist zu jeder Tageszeit reizvoll. Da die Wohnung zentral liegt, sind Restaurants und Geschäfte in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Allerdings gibt es entsprechend auch ein hohes Verkehrsaufkommen. Der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß ungefähr 20 Minuten entfernt. Von dort hat man gute Verbindungen nach Montpellier (sehr zu empfehlen) oder auch in Richtung Narbonne. Die Wohnung ist für jeden, der mitten in einer normalen Hafenstadt wie Sète wohnen will, sehr gut geeignet. Anne und Jürgen

Magnifique appartement, très fonctionnel et idéalement situé
Le propriétaire, ainsi que sa proche famille, sont d'une gentillesse incroyable. Ils ont voulu monter/descendre les valises eux-mêmes, nous ont fait la visite de l'appartement, remis une farde pour les instructions de micro-ondes, de l'air conditionné...que nous avons extrêmement apprécié vu les fortes chaleurs, ainsi que quelque idées touristiques. Tout était tel que dans l'annonce (linge de lit, toilettes,cuisine). Et nous ont laissés des besoins primaires (café, huiles pour salade,..). Il y a également un téléphone pour les joindre, et sont toujours disponible. En résumé, ne cherchez pas ailleurs, merveilleux appartement!!!.

nous avons passé une semaine agréable dans une ville très vivante avec tous les commerces dans un rayon de 100 mètres une propriétaire adorable qui se dévoue à ses locataires comme on ne peu pas l'imaginé appartement saisonnier agréable un peu bruyant à notre gout personnel mais nous ne sommes plus tout jeune à recommander.
