Holiday rentals in Sète: Nice apartment of 25m², located 500 m from the beach, on the 1st and last floor, of a quiet residence made up of a group of small villas. In the living room, you will find a sofa bed, television and an equipped kitchenette (2 hotplates, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine). In the bedroom, you will find a 140 bed and a storage cupboard. The bathroom (shower, sink) is separate from the WC. There is also a 7m2 terrace with garden furniture.
A parking space is provided at number 460, within the residence with an electric gate and a guard. Animals not allowed.
OPTIONAL services depending on availability: bed linen rental (15€ per bed), towel rental (12€ per person), end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) 60€, mini wifi box (39€/week). NOT INCLUDED: toilet paper, household products, toiletries.
