You will be seduced by its terrace where you can sip your aperitif quietly. You will have a beautiful living room including a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher) open to the living room (sofa, TV, dining table, wifi). A first bedroom with a 160 cm bed and storage, a second bedroom with 2 80 cm beds and storage, and a third bedroom with 2 80 cm beds opening onto the terrace. A bathroom with bathtub and sink is separate from the toilet. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has a private parking space numbered 19. You will be charmed! Pets not allowed.
