Un Merci tout particulier à Christina qui a été aux petits soins avec nous, faisant preuve d’une grande réactivité et d’une gentillesse et d’une amabilité exceptionnelle. "4 días antes de salir, recibo un mensaje del dueño, al que todavía no hemos visto, diciendo que le ha fallado el servicio de limpieza y que si podíamos limpiarla nosotros por 95 € (dinero que me ha costado varios correos y 2 semanas recibir). Lo cierto es que cuando llegamos, la casa estaba deficientemente limpiada, por lo que nos quedó la sensación de que es una práctica habitual. Casa poco preparada para el verano, mucho calor y ni siquiera un ventilador. Instalaciones obsoletas y espacios...

"The setting was beautiful (Peyragude near Loudenvielle in the French Pyrenees) but unfortunately the condo was completely infested with hundreds of flies, every day I'd vacuum them from the walls, ceilings, beds, bathrooms, etc. and every day more would hatch (clearly nests are permeating the space). Pointed it out to the property manager but they made no attempts to do anything about it for our entire week-long stay. Also, they said bed linens and towels were included in the rental, however...
