The manor is well located, closed from Formia, Gaeta, Mondragone, a hour far from Naples (easy driving to any cities using the countryside road). "We had a lovely stay in the Villa, it was mostly as described (except I explicitly asked if there were three double beds and assured there were, there wasn’t, there are two double beds). It had a few extras like foosball and ping pong tables plus balls for the pool. The facilities were great and the host was really lovely.
